I love Metaphor Refantazio and wanted to make a video out of it.
I'm not smart enough to write and make any sort of video about it that has not already been said, so I made this... thing with my crappy drawing skills. I know the drawings here aren't really good and the fact that this is the second time I'm doing a video with this sort of "animation" is cringe, but this is one of the ways I thought up off how o express my love for the game, so I hope you pardon my incompetence.

There's alot I could say about this video but I just wanna point out that for reasons unknown to even myself, the MC transforming into a ninjago in particular just sends me to the moon. lmao Like I was vibing and enjoying the silly animation but that frame accompanied by the loud JAGO of the lyrics tickles me just right. Good stuff all around.

The amount of editing this must have taken to get all the instruments and everything accurate…
@ciontachthecthonicchampion3576 oh, to be honest, it wasn't rocket science.
If you wanna know the gist of how it's done, Eupha, Neuras, and Strohl are done by me recording a greenscreen video of me fucking around with their pngs, with the music of the project playing in the background so I can sync it easily once I put them into the video.
As for everyone that aren't fucked around pngs, it's just alot of listening, timing with keyframes, and detecting repeating beats so you can copy and paste things you already grafted to speed things up.
That being said tho, it did take me a month to finish this, but I think that says more about my incompetence than the complexity of this project haha. Especially since even after all that, I missed alot of opportunities to make this video better.
This now lives rent free in my head
