hey everyone! first off, we wanted to thank you all for watching and enjoying this video. at the time of writing we're sitting at 103k views which is honestly baffling to all of us. speaking for everyone, we are all so grateful and amazed that you are all enjoying our cover so much. we had so much fun making it and really put a lot of work into making this video as good as possible, and really making this track our own, with our own style, rather than just a carbon copy of the original track. also, a special thanks to lotus juice for listening to this cover in person, and for all of the nice things you said. still losing our minds about that! i've read all of the comments y'all have left, and thank you all for your hype. it's so cool. i thought i'd answer a few common questions if you come back to this video and are curious: 1. will this be on spotify/streaming? i think that would be cool! i am not sure what we are legally allowed to do, since it's not original music, but i am used to distributing music so it would be pretty easy, as long as we get the thumbs up from atlus! (that being said i do not expect to hear from them, so i wouldn't get your hopes up) 2. are we making more covers? we're actually not a band lol, we just got together to do this as a one-off, so we hadn't planned on doing any more recordings, but a lot of us hang out quite a lot so i won't rule out the possibility! (maybe if this video gets 500k views we'll do another one!?) 3. sheet music/tab? we do have a score that i arranged! but honestly, it's not super useful. the bass part is not in tab since our bassist reads sheet music. our trumpet player also took a lot of liberty with the part, and also the guitar and piano parts are basically just slashed through the entire piece with chords written. i think one of them is wrong and we just fixed it live haha. i encourage you to transcribe it yourself! it's not the hardest since it's pretty much the same 8 bar progression. if enough people want it though i can figure out how to publish the sheets though! thanks again to everyone who enjoyed our cover! we're so thrilled it got this many people enjoying it, and that it's found it's place among the other fantastic video game music covers that live here :))
