Warframe has the very unique benefit of having such a deep and layered sandbox of tools, that it legitimately feels like the average joe could find a hidden gem all his own among all the meta and off-meta builds. And every time a new tool is added, it sends a shockwave of potential through the sand for even more exploration.

There are literally zero influence builds with 50m of range. I get not wanting her nerfed (and she won't be because almost nobody plays her to begin with) but there's no need to cap lmao.

It's an option. But you WILL need to melee pretty often anyway. Even in his SP run we see there are PLENTY of times he used 2 and the enemy didn't instantly pop, and wasn't going to die to the next tick, so a quick slam-into-1 let's you move on and keep your 1 topped off in duration. This is going to happen more and more often as the levels go up. Steel Charge or Ready Steel are great options for increasing your Slammage to make sure the tougher enemies absolutely positively die in 1 attack and you can move on. But then again, 25% more strength is more damage vulnerability from the 1 augment too. Options are good. I personally like using my Sahasa with Duplicate and a big damage claw with most of my builds nowadays. I'm pretty sure Growing Power doesn't proc off the Duplex Dog attacks, but I'll have to check. Tangent: These friggin dogs do SO MUCH damage that it is making some things IMPOSIBLE to do now... Power Drain is SUPER nice for snapshot abilities, but requires mercy kills NOT finishers or ground finishers. These damn dogs have a habit of 1-shotting eximus at lower levels, or "Helping" you by killing higher level Eximus while you are bringing them down into Mercy Kill range... OH? Are we attacking that big guy? I GOT THIS! Head Pats? I do good?

Uhh, that's fun - I had read the "unique status effects" as things like sleep and not paid too much attention to the arcane but I've got to try this. I was already playing Voruna quite often because she's just so much fun in her playstyle so this is very welcome! And now excuse me - I have an arcane to farm!
I started using Voruna for Netras since this augment, even when it got nerfed. And I usually have the problem of waiting for more enemies to spawn because they die too fast. I'm so happy they changed how Netras worked because I probably would've stopped doing them by now otherwise.
Since you regularly need to recast your 1 to refresh your invisibility, I find it more efficient to proactively slam any Hunt Target that doesn't die right away, then refresh stealth. Keeping your 3 up means you will easily have enough energy to use your 1 more than once every 20 seconds. Of course, having a nice comfy 20+ second duration means you don't HAVE to. Also, Since Voruna is constantly dumping energy, I find Duplex Bond works super well. A Sahasa will do the normal Dig Dog things, and with built claws can have Duplex Dogs that race around and slap dudes for 250k-500k.
@@Darthmufin What I mean is, you still HAVE to refresh your stealth. So, you leapt at your target, covered it in statuses, it didn't pop, and you will need to refresh your stealth in 6 more seconds anyway. Slam, Stealth, and be on your way. I don't even bother to check my remaining time in stealth anymore. If it doesn't die and it's clear the next tick won't nuke it and the room, just smash it. We came for the status spreading of the augment. But the augment ALSO gives a big fat damage vulnerability too. Hunt Target an eximus? Put a second stack of 2 on it and smashy smash. Did it pick an Ancient...uugh. SMASH. Did it pick a Thrax that just turned into an invisible laser machine or an enemy that is already immortal because it is under the effect of a Xaku Gaze, Garuda Blood Altar, or some other effect where the game should IMMEDIATLY change targets but doesn't? Oh well. Smash something else and hope Hunt picks a different target next time...

@@Darthmufin Neither does 2? The whole point is that Voruna's invisibility is a short buff that you will need to refresh every 10-20 seconds no matter what. Using Voruna's 4, without the augment, is going to limit you to 5 attacks. You might as well just be using a Slam Hammer, which is going to be WAY less limiting because it is always usable, and doesn't limit your actions like being in your 4 will. If you refresh your 1 early with a melee-into-1 you are "wasting" some of your 1 duration. But who cares? Your 3 is going to guarantee some health orbs, which equilibrium will make into energy, which pays to recast 1. So you are really just "topping off" your 1 duration on tougher enemies instead of playing the "How close can I edge this duration before it drops on it's own and I get shot?" There is certainly a place for a 2-Augment build, but the playstyle is going to be different than a pure 2 or pure 4 build. I'd actually say that a 2-Augment build is better than a pure 4 build in higher level SP anyway, since you WILL need to "prime" enemies with 2 for the bonus damage anyway because your 4 is going to stop instantly popping enemies at around level 140-160.
Important note for those who want to play this. Right now this augment can target permanently invulnerable enemies such as unnactivated corpus turrets and enemies held in place by titanias lantern. Certain allied warframes will make this unplayable and it is very rough in a corpus ship tileset. DE pls fix
I have been playing a prey of dynar voruna for a month straight now. This is very true and annoying but she is so strong that those type of missions do not matter when that happens. You can just do it to a non marked target and still everything dies.
I actually really like how Ulfrun scales into the late game. In the right loop of Dynar into Raksh into Ulfrun. It requires a very aggressive playstyle that doesn't care about survivability
On my Voruna i gave her 1 archon shard that gives increase ability damage when the enemy has corrosive, since i run both her augments. It goes well with archon continuity because she will be applying corrosive most of the time and the ability damage from the archon shard is multiplicative, make her 4 do even more damage
Thoughts on adding the Mecha Set? To proc it, you gotta make sure the status effect isn't what kills the target, and instead is on-hit. If you stack both on top, the status compounds and bursts everyone to holy hell even further :D
If her 4 worked like Valkyrs Hysteria, where you could unequip your melee to quickly leave your beast mode without loosing anything, she would be so much better in late game, and so much more comftable to play.
Another subsume I'd highly recommend is Pillage. Defensively, it's obviously super nice to have a bit more cushion for those situations when you get caught out of stealth. But offensively, it's also *super* nice to strip all the overguard off of your unfriendly local eximus units so your pile of status effects will actually penetrate and drop things. Also, Panzer + Contagious Bond is absolutely monstrous for this build.
funny tjat you are subsuming over the thing that keeps her in permanet stealth. (augment required) from your wording it sounds like you dont know/understand pillage...or overguard.. recommend checking out some documentation on them pillage strips shields or total Armor...not sure why u think it strips overguard... ....pile of status effects will actually??? penetrate and drop?? things... the time spent in the pillage animation is a full body animtion and loooong lol ver distruptive to her does what aura/augur mods do and because of play are gernally built in her kit inherintly 'strips' armor and shields so the time could be better utilized...spent doing damage or more status effects etc.
@@painoficarus Right you are on pillage / overguard, that was poorly worded- it just strips through overguard to make eximi paper and thereby speed up the 2 spreading. And sure, it's a full-body animation, but it has range for miles and you can do it mid-parkour, so it's really not a going to slow you down to drop it while moving between packs. Your first comment makes no sense, though. You either helminth over her 3 or her 4 depending on which ability you're focusing on, neither of which has anything to do with her 1.
If you somehow need more damage, consider using the Mecha set on something like a Chesa Kubrow. Archon Stretch won't be quite as reliable, but it's still ludicrously effective.
I will say Broz might be right about two equilibrium shards but I tried this with one and that didnt feel like enough. I also usually prefer to run Steadfast instead of Molt Augmented, because that makes the energy economy comfier if there isn't enough enemy density
From my own build, I would say a viable substitution is Transient Fortitude instead of Blind Rage and then you can swap two of the Blue shards from Energy Max over to Red shards for power-- I also found a tau yellow for starting energy to be very helpful to reliably have enough energy to use your 3 right off the rip and get things moving immediately, though I also run a dual augment build with her 4 so that may not be necessary if you aren't getting her 3 and 4 up from the start. Likewise, I need to test to make sure it works right but in theory Arcane Crepuscular is also _phenomenal_ for builds off of her 4. (The reason I run dual augments is that Prey of Dynar's damage vulnerability on the marked target actually makes it much easier to build up the stacks of Ulfrun's Descent whenever you have to first cast/recast the ability because you had to turn it off to deal with something you can't target with it.)
Another tip-depending on your forma situation, you might not even need an energy start shard. Since your starting energy is dependent on how much spare capacity you have :>
Just made this. It's really good, the second public mission I took this in someone said in chat "whos the super nuker" literally within 2 mins haha. Strength is amazing, feels really really great and I'm considering removing Umbral Intensify for Precision Intensify. You really only need 2 Tblueshards with Equilibrium (half ranked is perfectly fine OR two Tviolet shards.) I slotted in Transient Fortitude since I used 2 Tviolet shards, personally I dont mind the 128% duration. I'll update this if i have any other suggestions :)
i love playing voruna , but the biggest thing that got into my nerves was that : you needed to see the enemies' feet to use 2 on them, i don't know if this was changed recently but she feels much nicer to play
Hey Brozime returning player after like 4 years. Out of curiosity is there any way to make Dante work as a Nuke frame? seems like most people just kinda use him as a shield and weapon platform. I just wanna air slice people to the shadow realm.
@KartyrOfficial maybe I'm missing something but it seems to be very inconsistent. Even keeping the birds up sometimes I'll do the combo on a big unit and it just will take pitiful damage.

I actually completely forgot about the Miter and that bubble popping mod. I've been playing around with Ulfrun's Endurance for about a week and yeah nullifiers are the worst for her but especially building around Ulfrun's since they kick you out and make you recast and rebuild stacks. Definitely dusting off the miter this week
Absolutely maxed my vorunas for everything 3 umbra forma in her. And every slam does 50m to 1b with tenet exec up to lv500 (never gone passed that) 3k hp 500energy. And when prime comes out I'll do it again!!
I really like vorunas 4, but its got such odd restrictions and still feels underwhelming. Part of that is I feel like slash statuses specifically from abilities need like a universal 30% increase. They Dont do enough since armour update and leaves some unique abilities feeling lackluster.
So what exactly triggers Impetus? I had 7 stacks on my mirage earlier using the legerdmaine augment, synoid simulor, kuva nukor, sancti magistar, and a chesa kubrow companion.
legerman would cover 4 elements synoid 5 nukor 7 (depending on progenitor more) its possible that your images are coubnted as abiulity applying status for impetus to trigger..
@@painoficarus impetus specifies abilities, and my nukor has Heat, Rad, Mag, and Viral with a Mag progen. so i dont think thats triggering it. unless the weapon passives trigger it sometimes
How do you feel about Arcane Crepulscar? My initial thoughts are that Voruna is overkilling everything with her abilities anyway, so Crepulscar is on average more damage in exterminates and against boss enemies, the final 3x multiplier when invisible is a pretty massive increase for the Titron.
Unfortunately I don't think it works since Voruna's 2 (and her 4 augment) take her out of invis for a moment when you use them. The buff icon goes away at least, haven't tested if the ability still gains the benefits
@@raphaelmark1489 she does get the power strength. As you can snapshot the boost by going invisible before activating her 4. But she won’t get the crit multiplier
@@Allday524 kinda sorta. While her 2 and 4 will temporarily break invis, her 1 allows one swing of melee - no matter if it hits or misses- before the invis goes away until recast. So crepuscular will only benefit her melee but do absolutely nothing for her 2 and 4.
with most of your damage comming from the status on your 2, wouldnt precision intensify be better for the 90% on your roar rather than the 44% for all? as roar is applied twice on the status damage.
id pretty much made build this out a couple weeks ago, and didnt really like it, when id shared the with a friend i realized it wasnt working cuz i didnt have way to regen energy with melee kills. I didnt have any built out cuz ive enjoyed range more, and now revisiting it, yes its pretty good.
I think Arcane Ice Storm might be better than augmented. 5/13 chance every cast of Raksh to proc cold then it spreads to everyone in range. Cold is usually the proc you dont want since the best arcane imo is afflictions, which cold procs hamper. So at least you get some kind of benefit for hitting cold.
The problem with that is ice storm's low stack duration and the randomness. So in exchange of losing 20% power str, you're getting some duration + the random chance you COULD lose all your stacks. As duration is not important... just not worth it.
@ you’re right duration isn’t that important that’s why I can take off a duration mod for something else in exchange. Plus it really doesn’t matter if I slip up and die just hit 2 and restack. Edit also the stack last almost as long as Impetus and it works the same way.
What about Crepuscular? Not quite as high a strength but it's always on from the very start of the mission and provides juicy crit damage to your Titron.
Afflictions? On a Voruna? Why? I mean...if you are a scythe/Heavy-kana enjoyer that is fine, but Voruna has plenty of other ways to pop beefy enemies. Also, I'm not sure if the damage vulnerability from the 1 augment snapshots on those Afflictions status, or goes away 0.5 seconds after unstealthing. Better to just kill them instantly. Actually...holy CRAP the extra 100% flat crit and status chance from Shroud might make Melee Doubty even more "Funny Numbers". I'm already rocking like...40x crit multiplier. But what if Bigger Numbers?
For the build on Burst Laser Prime, are the Augur Seeker and Augur Pact kept at Rank 0 for a specific reason or would I be alright maxing them out? (Just figured I'd check if there was a specific reason why.)
You can totally max them I have them unranked just to show the only thing they are needed for is the passive that doesn't increase with level so it takes the build cost down a bit
It’s just not necessary. You only need them for the set bonus so you can save the endo. Me personally, I leveled up Seeker so statuses could linger for longer. But that’s strictly a comfort thing, not a required component

Both should pretty much do the same job yea if you're going to do level cap you should include Condition Overload though as you might need the additional damage depending on what you're fighting
if Archon Stretch can be activated by companion, can Arcane Impetus be activated by the companion in the same way? If you can use all the statuses loaded onto that burst laser, I wonder what peak Arcane Impetus stacks you can reach on a frame that doesnt apply any status at all.
@ It can, but I was talking about the Arcane specifically. That does not get extra stacks from statuses on the companion weapon (In Simulacrum where I tested at least). Sorry if it wasn’t clear.
I don't understand how you keep up your energy. This is almost the exact same as the build I was trying to make work, and after I totally clear a tile and the buff falls off before I find a new enemy, my energy just drops and never recovers. Even trying to swap out Molt for Arcane Steadfast didn't seem to work and I have to keep stopping and dropping down energy generators.
Her 3 with Equilibrium is basically infinite energy. Arcane Impetus also gives you efficiency. Archon Stretch is just cherry on top, it doesn't really make a difference actually.
@ I understand that much. The problem is that when there's a lull in enemies and 3 runs out I never seem to have the energy to put it back up unlessI spend an energy pad. I feel like I'm missing something with how other people can just keep going while I find this build extremely stop-and-go on my end.
In fairness, Excal's slash dash build (which he did the last video on) is still basically the best build for him. Not to mention, we didn't really get anything that would swing the pendulum.
I play a bunch of different frames every play session depending on the mission type or just what I feel like. But I found myself only playing about half the roster. So, I started picking one of the 'bad' frames and forcing myself to mostly play that one for a week. I actively look for several different people's builds, and how they play them. Sometimes it turns out great and I end up really enjoying the frame. Voruna is one of these for me. Other times it's Limbo. Branching out can be great. Playing in different ways can give you new perspective.
@@Prophes0rto be fair, ‘only’ “about half the roster” is still a LOT of frames to pick and choose from. I’m in the same boat as you right now, once a Nova main (still my most used) but now I’m going back and forth with my loadouts I almost never know who to pick because I love them all. I even managed to make Loki work with his new augment, with what you said, it gave perspective on his potential even after this somewhat unfortunate yet understandable hate culture surrounding his kit. I’m loving the likes of Banshee, Harrow, Gara, Garuda, Nekros etc. at the moment and I haven’t had this much fun in lord knows how long. We’re almost over satiated with options, and anyone that says otherwise or would want it any other way is just flat out playing the wrong game at this point. Some may stand out more than others which is inevitable, but when I know I can have just as much fun with Chroma as I would with Nezha but still struggle to pick who I’d wanna bring into a mission, I’d say that’s a good problem to have.

I'm not sure "nerfed" is the right word to use for what happened. The augment was quite literally broken and was taking range mods and applying them multiple times lmao
I already made Damage Decoy Archon Loki (he procs everything) and it was very fun. Def gonna try Impetus on him now, should be even better. And yes, he can still have decent invis & range with that, it's just quite costly but when you mained the boi for years..worth it.

I immediately thought of Citrine when I saw "Unique Status". And it IS good. But Citrine already has godly energy regen. And it FORCES you to play by the crystal, which doesn't work in many game modes. I personally find Energize to be more useful most of the time. Remember than Impetus is an EFFICIENCY mod that also gives you some strength. Not the other way around, because you need to be using abilities to cause all those status effects, and efficiency let's you have spammy builds that are much more greedy.
@Prophes0r the greedy of not running flow and instead getting more range or str is kinda nice especially since impetus also gives a lil boost on top of the efficiency
The point is that Impetus is an EFFICIENCY mod, that also gives you a fat load of strength as a bonus. It helps Voruna's 2 build scale more comfortably into higher level SP content without losing any comfort.
People need to stop sleeping on her 4 man. Remove her useless third ability and use a sentinel to drop the health orbs you need. Her 4 does millions of damage and spreads damage that while not amazing, can be boosted with roar and stacks.
And? Voruna's 4 stalls out faster than Voruna's 2. This build is comfy, and scales even higher before needing to use a hybrid approach. Who cares if you find a different way less fun? Having a frame with multiple viable ways to play it is a GOOD thing.
her 4's definitely better than a lot of people give it credit for, but getting totally brickwalled by a humble nullifier bubble is naturally gonna leave a bad taste in people's mouths (including my own)
I find even with the arcane and a max prime flow you still have energy issues without having her 3. The issue is that there really isn’t a need for 4…she can gap close with her 2, and then use something like Harmony to one shot the prey and spread status. It’s totally possible to use it with roar on her 3 but there really isn’t a reason to do it over keeping 3 and putting roar on it.

Why, why for the love of god doesn't this ability have the option to 'empty melee' those pesky nullifyer bubbles, or even containers and other breakables from a safe distance? Yeah this build is nice, I made a better one, I was goofing off, made a meme build, all the archon mods, all of her augments, build for range after, those two arcanes... and I out damaged and killed my friend in a void rig turret mode.
If you’re not using her 4 why even play this warframe. I know it’s not optimal but it’s the only thing that feels unique about her. Even if you just want to play her because of her visual design, just remember this is warframe. You can barely see her most of the time. Imo, if the best part of a warframe isn’t worth using, then the warframe isn’t worth using.

@@Prophes0r I'm saying if you used a build around her fourth ability you only have to tap 1 every 20 seconds or so because her 4 doesn't disable your 1 when you use it.

The whole point is that Voruna's invisibility is a short buff that you will need to refresh every 10-20 seconds no matter what.
Using Voruna's 4, without the augment, is going to limit you to 5 attacks. You might as well just be using a Slam Hammer, which is going to be WAY less limiting because it is always usable, and doesn't limit your actions like being in your 4 will.
If you refresh your 1 early with a melee-into-1 you are "wasting" some of your 1 duration. But who cares? Your 3 is going to guarantee some health orbs, which equilibrium will make into energy, which pays to recast 1. So you are really just "topping off" your 1 duration on tougher enemies instead of playing the "How close can I edge this duration before it drops on it's own and I get shot?"
There is certainly a place for a 2-Augment build, but the playstyle is going to be different than a pure 2 or pure 4 build.
I'd actually say that a 2-Augment build is better than a pure 4 build in higher level SP anyway, since you WILL need to "prime" enemies with 2 for the bonus damage anyway because your 4 is going to stop instantly popping enemies at around level 140-160.

Important note for those who want to play this. Right now this augment can target permanently invulnerable enemies such as unnactivated corpus turrets and enemies held in place by titanias lantern. Certain allied warframes will make this unplayable and it is very rough in a corpus ship tileset. DE pls fix
I have been playing a prey of dynar voruna for a month straight now. This is very true and annoying but she is so strong that those type of missions do not matter when that happens. You can just do it to a non marked target and still everything dies.
Voruna was my first thought when I saw this arcane, glad I'm not the only one
You can use Arcane Ice Storm (easily proced by her 2) instead of Molt Augmented to trade a bit of strength (20% at max rank) for duration.
Voruna main here didn't know Ripkas would work wonders with her as well with the right mods, Rip and Tear
A refresh for Voruna so soon is wild but also so earned.
I actually really like how Ulfrun scales into the late game. In the right loop of Dynar into Raksh into Ulfrun. It requires a very aggressive playstyle that doesn't care about survivability
On my Voruna i gave her 1 archon shard that gives increase ability damage when the enemy has corrosive, since i run both her augments. It goes well with archon continuity because she will be applying corrosive most of the time and the ability damage from the archon shard is multiplicative, make her 4 do even more damage
sometimes. it would situational in the right contect and circumstances
the placebo effect is very potent :-)
Took this build into the EDA boss fight this week, absolutely zero issues

Thoughts on adding the Mecha Set? To proc it, you gotta make sure the status effect isn't what kills the target, and instead is on-hit. If you stack both on top, the status compounds and bursts everyone to holy hell even further :D
If her 4 worked like Valkyrs Hysteria, where you could unequip your melee to quickly leave your beast mode without loosing anything, she would be so much better in late game, and so much more comftable to play.
Another subsume I'd highly recommend is Pillage. Defensively, it's obviously super nice to have a bit more cushion for those situations when you get caught out of stealth. But offensively, it's also *super* nice to strip all the overguard off of your unfriendly local eximus units so your pile of status effects will actually penetrate and drop things.
Also, Panzer + Contagious Bond is absolutely monstrous for this build.

from your wording it sounds like you dont know/understand pillage...or overguard.. recommend checking out some documentation on them

her kit inherintly 'strips' armor and shields
so the time could be better utilized...spent doing damage or more status effects etc.
@@painoficarus Right you are on pillage / overguard, that was poorly worded- it just strips through overguard to make eximi paper and thereby speed up the 2 spreading. And sure, it's a full-body animation, but it has range for miles and you can do it mid-parkour, so it's really not a going to slow you down to drop it while moving between packs.
Your first comment makes no sense, though. You either helminth over her 3 or her 4 depending on which ability you're focusing on, neither of which has anything to do with her 1.
If you somehow need more damage, consider using the Mecha set on something like a Chesa Kubrow. Archon Stretch won't be quite as reliable, but it's still ludicrously effective.
I will say Broz might be right about two equilibrium shards but I tried this with one and that didnt feel like enough. I also usually prefer to run Steadfast instead of Molt Augmented, because that makes the energy economy comfier if there isn't enough enemy density
From my own build, I would say a viable substitution is Transient Fortitude instead of Blind Rage and then you can swap two of the Blue shards from Energy Max over to Red shards for power-- I also found a tau yellow for starting energy to be very helpful to reliably have enough energy to use your 3 right off the rip and get things moving immediately, though I also run a dual augment build with her 4 so that may not be necessary if you aren't getting her 3 and 4 up from the start.
Likewise, I need to test to make sure it works right but in theory Arcane Crepuscular is also _phenomenal_ for builds off of her 4.
(The reason I run dual augments is that Prey of Dynar's damage vulnerability on the marked target actually makes it much easier to build up the stacks of Ulfrun's Descent whenever you have to first cast/recast the ability because you had to turn it off to deal with something you can't target with it.)
According to other comments, Arcane Crep doesnt work with her 4.
Another tip-depending on your forma situation, you might not even need an energy start shard. Since your starting energy is dependent on how much spare capacity you have :>
Just made this. It's really good, the second public mission I took this in someone said in chat "whos the super nuker" literally within 2 mins haha.
Strength is amazing, feels really really great and I'm considering removing Umbral Intensify for Precision Intensify.
You really only need 2 Tblueshards with Equilibrium (half ranked is perfectly fine OR two Tviolet shards.)
I slotted in Transient Fortitude since I used 2 Tviolet shards, personally I dont mind the 128% duration. I'll update this if i have any other suggestions :)
i love playing voruna , but the biggest thing that got into my nerves was that : you needed to see the enemies' feet to use 2 on them, i don't know if this was changed recently but she feels much nicer to play
Hey Brozime returning player after like 4 years. Out of curiosity is there any way to make Dante work as a Nuke frame? seems like most people just kinda use him as a shield and weapon platform. I just wanna air slice people to the shadow realm.
He still works as a nuke frame with your 3-3-4 combo like he did on launch, you just need to have line of sight with enemies
@KartyrOfficial maybe I'm missing something but it seems to be very inconsistent. Even keeping the birds up sometimes I'll do the combo on a big unit and it just will take pitiful damage.
Unfortunately they kinda killed nuking with Dante so the best you can do is utilize his 1 if you want to do powers only clearing with him.

I actually completely forgot about the Miter and that bubble popping mod. I've been playing around with Ulfrun's Endurance for about a week and yeah nullifiers are the worst for her but especially building around Ulfrun's since they kick you out and make you recast and rebuild stacks.

3 umbra forma in her. And every slam does 50m to 1b with tenet exec up to lv500 (never gone passed that) 3k hp 500energy. And when prime comes out I'll do it again!!

I really like vorunas 4, but its got such odd restrictions and still feels underwhelming. Part of that is I feel like slash statuses specifically from abilities need like a universal 30% increase. They Dont do enough since armour update and leaves some unique abilities feeling lackluster.

So what exactly triggers Impetus? I had 7 stacks on my mirage earlier using the legerdmaine augment, synoid simulor, kuva nukor, sancti magistar, and a chesa kubrow companion.
legerman would cover 4 elements synoid 5 nukor 7 (depending on progenitor more)
its possible that your images are coubnted as abiulity applying status for impetus to trigger..
@@painoficarus impetus specifies abilities, and my nukor has Heat, Rad, Mag, and Viral with a Mag progen. so i dont think thats triggering it. unless the weapon passives trigger it sometimes
How do you feel about Arcane Crepulscar? My initial thoughts are that Voruna is overkilling everything with her abilities anyway, so Crepulscar is on average more damage in exterminates and against boss enemies, the final 3x multiplier when invisible is a pretty massive increase for the Titron.
@@raphaelmark1489 doesn’t work for Voruna as she has to temporarily leave stealth to attack.

Unfortunately I don't think it works since Voruna's 2 (and her 4 augment) take her out of invis for a moment when you use them. The buff icon goes away at least, haven't tested if the ability still gains the benefits
@@raphaelmark1489 she does get the power strength. As you can snapshot the boost by going invisible before activating her 4. But she won’t get the crit multiplier
@@Allday524 kinda sorta. While her 2 and 4 will temporarily break invis, her 1 allows one swing of melee - no matter if it hits or misses- before the invis goes away until recast. So crepuscular will only benefit her melee but do absolutely nothing for her 2 and 4.

with most of your damage comming from the status on your 2, wouldnt precision intensify be better for the 90% on your roar rather than the 44% for all? as roar is applied twice on the status damage.
id pretty much made build this out a couple weeks ago, and didnt really like it, when id shared the with a friend i realized it wasnt working cuz i didnt have way to regen energy with melee kills. I didnt have any built out cuz ive enjoyed range more, and now revisiting it, yes its pretty good.
I think Arcane Ice Storm might be better than augmented. 5/13 chance every cast of Raksh to proc cold then it spreads to everyone in range. Cold is usually the proc you dont want since the best arcane imo is afflictions, which cold procs hamper. So at least you get some kind of benefit for hitting cold.
The problem with that is ice storm's low stack duration and the randomness. So in exchange of losing 20% power str, you're getting some duration + the random chance you COULD lose all your stacks. As duration is not important... just not worth it.
@ you’re right duration isn’t that important that’s why I can take off a duration mod for something else in exchange. Plus it really doesn’t matter if I slip up and die just hit 2 and restack. Edit also the stack last almost as long as Impetus and it works the same way.
What about Crepuscular? Not quite as high a strength but it's always on from the very start of the mission and provides juicy crit damage to your Titron.
@@gnostechnician you lose the buff with her 1 while hitting someone unfortunately. If you have another source of invisibility you can benefit from it.

Also, I'm not sure if the damage vulnerability from the 1 augment snapshots on those Afflictions status, or goes away 0.5 seconds after unstealthing.
Better to just kill them instantly.
Actually...holy CRAP the extra 100% flat crit and status chance from Shroud might make Melee Doubty even more "Funny Numbers".

For the build on Burst Laser Prime, are the Augur Seeker and Augur Pact kept at Rank 0 for a specific reason or would I be alright maxing them out? (Just figured I'd check if there was a specific reason why.)
You can totally max them I have them unranked just to show the only thing they are needed for is the passive that doesn't increase with level so it takes the build cost down a bit
Did growing power get changed? I thought it was triggered by picking up energy orbs, not by applying status with a weapon?
You are thinking about energy conversion there. Growing power always gave ps on status.

It’s just not necessary. You only need them for the set bonus so you can save the endo. Me personally, I leveled up Seeker so statuses could linger for longer. But that’s strictly a comfort thing, not a required component

Both should pretty much do the same job yea if you're going to do level cap you should include Condition Overload though as you might need the additional damage depending on what you're fighting

if Archon Stretch can be activated by companion, can Arcane Impetus be activated by the companion in the same way? If you can use all the statuses loaded onto that burst laser, I wonder what peak Arcane Impetus stacks you can reach on a frame that doesnt apply any status at all.
It can, but not from statuses from the bond mod. Only the status the companion can trigger naturally. It would have been 8 stacks btw.

@ It can, but I was talking about the Arcane specifically. That does not get extra stacks from statuses on the companion weapon (In Simulacrum where I tested at least). Sorry if it wasn’t clear.
I don't understand how you keep up your energy. This is almost the exact same as the build I was trying to make work, and after I totally clear a tile and the buff falls off before I find a new enemy, my energy just drops and never recovers. Even trying to swap out Molt for Arcane Steadfast didn't seem to work and I have to keep stopping and dropping down energy generators.
Archon stretch but mainly getting melee kills with your 3 up alongside Equilibrium
Her 3 with Equilibrium is basically infinite energy. Arcane Impetus also gives you efficiency. Archon Stretch is just cherry on top, it doesn't really make a difference actually.
her 3 makes enemies drop health orbs on death, equilibrium makes health orbs give energy
@ I understand that much. The problem is that when there's a lull in enemies and 3 runs out I never seem to have the energy to put it back up unlessI spend an energy pad. I feel like I'm missing something with how other people can just keep going while I find this build extremely stop-and-go on my end.
What about magistar and sancti magistar for slam builds? I thought they were the go to for slamming
since voruna is spreading statuses to nuke, magistar isnt useful since its basically raw damage compared to arca titron electric status
You can use either Titron will do more damage to larger groups Magistar will hit a couple guys a bit harder

I play a bunch of different frames every play session depending on the mission type or just what I feel like.
But I found myself only playing about half the roster.
So, I started picking one of the 'bad' frames and forcing myself to mostly play that one for a week.
I actively look for several different people's builds, and how they play them.
Sometimes it turns out great and I end up really enjoying the frame. Voruna is one of these for me.
Other times it's Limbo.
Branching out can be great.
Playing in different ways can give you new perspective.
@@Prophes0rto be fair, ‘only’ “about half the roster” is still a LOT of frames to pick and choose from. I’m in the same boat as you right now, once a Nova main (still my most used) but now I’m going back and forth with my loadouts I almost never know who to pick because I love them all. I even managed to make Loki work with his new augment, with what you said, it gave perspective on his potential even after this somewhat unfortunate yet understandable hate culture surrounding his kit. I’m loving the likes of Banshee, Harrow, Gara, Garuda, Nekros etc. at the moment and I haven’t had this much fun in lord knows how long.
We’re almost over satiated with options, and anyone that says otherwise or would want it any other way is just flat out playing the wrong game at this point. Some may stand out more than others which is inevitable, but when I know I can have just as much fun with Chroma as I would with Nezha but still struggle to pick who I’d wanna bring into a mission, I’d say that’s a good problem to have.

I'm not sure "nerfed" is the right word to use for what happened. The augment was quite literally broken and was taking range mods and applying them multiple times lmao

I already made Damage Decoy Archon Loki (he procs everything) and it was very fun. Def gonna try Impetus on him now, should be even better. And yes, he can still have decent invis & range with that, it's just quite costly but when you mained the boi for years..worth it.

Impetus Citrine is bonkers
I immediately thought of Citrine when I saw "Unique Status". And it IS good.
But Citrine already has godly energy regen.
And it FORCES you to play by the crystal, which doesn't work in many game modes.
I personally find Energize to be more useful most of the time.
Remember than Impetus is an EFFICIENCY mod that also gives you some strength. Not the other way around, because you need to be using abilities to cause all those status effects, and efficiency let's you have spammy builds that are much more greedy.
@Prophes0r the greedy of not running flow and instead getting more range or str is kinda nice especially since impetus also gives a lil boost on top of the efficiency
I see the synergy but there are other ways to do the job if u plan on using her 2.
The point is that Impetus is an EFFICIENCY mod, that also gives you a fat load of strength as a bonus.
It helps Voruna's 2 build scale more comfortably into higher level SP content without losing any comfort.

People need to stop sleeping on her 4 man. Remove her useless third ability and use a sentinel to drop the health orbs you need. Her 4 does millions of damage and spreads damage that while not amazing, can be boosted with roar and stacks.
And? Voruna's 4 stalls out faster than Voruna's 2.
This build is comfy, and scales even higher before needing to use a hybrid approach.
Who cares if you find a different way less fun?
Having a frame with multiple viable ways to play it is a GOOD thing.

her 4's definitely better than a lot of people give it credit for, but getting totally brickwalled by a humble nullifier bubble is naturally gonna leave a bad taste in people's mouths (including my own)
I find even with the arcane and a max prime flow you still have energy issues without having her 3. The issue is that there really isn’t a need for 4…she can gap close with her 2, and then use something like Harmony to one shot the prey and spread status. It’s totally possible to use it with roar on her 3 but there really isn’t a reason to do it over keeping 3 and putting roar on it.
@akuro6470 This pretty much. Why, why for the love of god doesn't this ability have the option to 'empty melee' those pesky nullifyer bubbles, or even containers and other breakables from a safe distance? This would make Ulfrun's so much more fun and less restrictive to use.

Yeah this build is nice, I made a better one, I was goofing off, made a meme build, all the archon mods, all of her augments, build for range after, those two arcanes... and I out damaged and killed my friend in a void rig turret mode.
If you’re not using her 4 why even play this warframe. I know it’s not optimal but it’s the only thing that feels unique about her.
Even if you just want to play her because of her visual design, just remember this is warframe. You can barely see her most of the time.
Imo, if the best part of a warframe isn’t worth using, then the warframe isn’t worth using.
