Really excited for them to get a highlight from you! I got one a few months ago, my other guitarist and I are in love with this brand. Also those sfty4 pickups are incredible!
A killer for every baritone or 7+ string guitar. For me, it was the Gojira plugin killer, in terms of saturation and distortion. Still so underrated. I train my II II II II sound creations for Neural Amp Modeller (NAM) and have them to move around to use on other computers or use on stage. (DIY pedal, similar to "MOD Duo".) Or you can use them with Tonex. II II II II is my go-to amp toolbox.
A very cool video idea for one day might be for you to do a shoot out with your guitar collection but stick it through a recognisable hi-gain amp and cab combination with a simple sm57 and room mic to hear how the guitars actually sound once some air gets shifted.
When it comes to me buying my first custom guitar, I think I'll strongly consider Aviator. They do my favourite finish which is the one of that 8 string you have, their logo inlay is surprisingly what I would want for an inlay a it is a bit like the alchemical element signs and they offer the scale length and shape I want being a 28" scale with a shape very close to a jazzmaster. Basically my dream guitar would be one like Buster from humanity's last breath but with some minimal alchemical element sign as a 12th fret inlay with a fishman pickup and strung for a right-handed guitarist. OR the esp blackblast XJ but make it baritone Jus to mention that is what I wanted from a guitar before I ever even really knew who humanity's last breath were and yes I know I could order a guitar from the company that makes Busters guitar.
If I'm not mistaken, Andrew use the 10-56 Ernie Ball + 80 single in drop E. So yes 80-56 is a big gap. But if he likes it, that's fine. Also I don't think I already saw a 9 string set with a 80 as a 8th string. I saw 90 to 105.
Pickups give 95% of the sound in an electric guitar. The other 5% is a good setup. Therefore, an 8 string Subzero guitar with correct intonation will most likely sound like this one with the same pickup and mix process in place.
It’s all incorrect. The majority of the sound is the cab and specifically the speakers in the cab. Play style is a huge factor as well. The way a guitar feels is the most important.

Archetype Baena is gonna be badass
"Archetype Baena" could be "II II II II Andrew Baena Artist Sound Library".

Such a beautiful 8 string guitar...
I'm here for THIS. 🔥Demo Sounds excellent
Basically perfect, the 11 11 is killer for this guitar
Couldn't agree more (totally not biased comment ;)

Wonderfully crafted guitars. Had I the funds they would easily be my choice for a custom job.
I like the wood floor finish. I'd like to have a floor like that in my house lol
Andrew just invented a new color. Light black.
10:04 I can't help but notice the drop in the background.
WHAT IS THIS SONG?
Carcosa - Vermin
What's the song playing during the opinion section?
Man that guitar sounds sick
Beautiful
It looks almost identical to my Ormsby Dino Casarez 7.
Cool intro thx
Do more short instrumental shot songs like that for us thx
This guitar is a fucking A 🔥
Could you do a 8 string with a wammy bar? I was just curious
Aristides does one. Lots of string tension and in turn spring tension just makes it hard to use are most of the reviews
Looks awesome, but for that money one should get something more special (its at Kiesel/Arestides levels of price)
О! Я ждал это видео!
is that a 9g string set with an 0.80g top string??
every string but the 8 looks thin

right on, thank you!

Anyone who doesn’t attribute more credit to playing style, doesn’t have an abundance of style.
