As soon as I tried to an expensive gym I instantly fall in love. No weirdos, all decent shape polite individuals, you don't see 300lb fatty or 15y old kids in there.
Damn! That's me. The crowded gym would drain me. Although I wouldn't mind the group classes at equinox. But having that space for machines would be worth it. Plus the luxury of showers. Are you still a member? Is it different packages as far as price?

It is awesome like you look forward to and can't wait to go back again next time and you are still there. For me it is definitely worth the price and actually "cheaper." This is because if I do the gym, HIIT classes and yoga separately it would run me upwards of $400 a month.

They offer discounts for UC and Cal state students, additionally some corporate memberships cover 100% of gym membership cost. My wife has UC discount and pays less than that for a singular location that is a sports club.

All of the machines are the SAME as la fatness and pizza planet… literally nothing other than Cleaner and maybe maintained better. For the $, it’s the outdoor pools and showers. But for $200+ MORE a month? And WAY less locations…. Why? Why would you ever join there…

Heres a tip. When ur at the Irvine Equinox, be sure to be wearing leggings and some tight fitting clothes. Then go approach a 50-80 year old man who is wearing a Patekk Phillip, Audemars Piguet, Vacheron Constantine, etc. Just strike up a convo with him and be friendly. Then get his number. Don't ask if he's married. Then u can meet him at his residence in Newport Beach and experience all that life has to offer. Trust me. Just talk to the old men and slide in their dm's.
Irvine is baller cuz it's next to Newport Coast. U would urself if your went to the Pelican Resort. Seems like u need a sugar daddy... U would enjoy ur life. If ur impressed with Equinox, how about cruising in a older guys 300k dollar Aston Marton in Irvine and going to 5 star restraunts and Newport Resorts.
Pasadena Equinox is for millionaires from South Pasadena. South Pas is a the beverly Hills of Pasadena. You pay $200 to not be around low class people with no manners. U are around rich people who have college degrees, money, and pedigree. Poor gyms have gum in the urinals, graffiti, and theft in the locker room. Complete riff raff.
