Also they're not friends. Beyond is her boss (she politely said so). They have fun on tour, but when her boyfriend 2anted to propose at Bey's concert he had to call her people & wait for a response. She takes her job seriously!

Yes Ashley, always by Bey’s side on videos, tours and performances. I remember first seeing her on the Beyoncé Experience Tour, especially Beautiful Liar where she did Shakira’s dancing part, the Single Ladies video ICONIC, the Heaven video, she’s just amazing.
Love this series! So empowering to see all these amazing women in different worlds. Would love to see a woman in finance and corporate, climber or hiker, or even a woman working with mechanics or technology.

Wonderful!!! We adore Ashley!😍🔥 But 1 thing I can DEFINITELY confirm is that Beyonce isn't the first to implement the flesh toned tights and shimmer tights. HBCU Majorette dance lines have been doing it for decades. Specifically the Prancing J-Settes of Jackson State University. 💙🐅
I met her in person once in 2013 and then i had some seats at the Formation Tour in 2016 that were literally where the dancers walked down after every dance segment at the front of the stage and she passed by where i was and I said "HI ASHLEY" and her eyes lit up like "OMG hi how've you been??"... and that interaction made my heart smile so big. She's really a beautiful soul.

Beyoncé is tight with her dollars (as most super wealthy people are). I remember reading years ago that she doesn’t even pay for plane tickets for all of her crew. Their contracts stated they had to cover their own airfare. Whether that’s true or if that’s still the case, who knows.
