Geno has been really good for 2 and half years and people still think it is a mirage. He has always had talent. Now he is mature on top it. He has seen things in his career. Youngest 34 year old QB ever
Nothing about the BYE week halting the momentum. Look at Seahawks, they were 4-5 going into the bye week and won 4 straight after the bye, now standing at 8-5. This is more about the Cardinals team. They aren’t good by any means. They weren’t even before the bye. Look who they’ve beaten this season so far.. Rams, 49ers, chargers, dolphins, bears, jets.. the only team they had beaten that is above .500 is the chargers, that too by ONE point. Thinking cardinals are a good team is beyond delusional. I’ve said this before bye week during their 4 game winning stretch. I won, you lost!
That’s Kyler for you. Beats up on the bottom dwellers but never beats the good teams. SF, Miami and Chargers were good but very fluky wins. Miami they needed a fluke safety to win, SF they needed the kicker to go down for them and Chargers dominated most of that game but choked late. Most impressive dominating wins were Rams who were missing a bunch of key guys and the Bears and Jets who are the biggest dumpster fires in the sport. They are not a very good football. Below average team who has a limited ceiling with Kyler.
The cards dont have enough dudes. We have a lot of guys sure but not enough dudes. We do have some young dudes that have a chance, but the QB is starting to look like a guy. If you look at the roster just size wise, the cards just look like a bunch of guys compared to the opponents.
As a Seahawks fan I am used to AZ bringing relentless pressure no matter who is QB. EVERY game for years it has been a problem for Seattle when playing AZ, this game Smith was getting the ball out quicker and getting protection. To get no sacks in a game vs Seattle was different
I also think Murray needs more designed runs. It forces the defense to loosen coverage and run defense. Murray is so good on his feet they should be taking advantage of it.
It never ceases to amaze me how people blame Kyler for the DHop-less, Aaron Donald living in the backfield playoff game. The Cards OL was a total turnstile and our Center contemplated retiring while Steve Keim did nothing to fix the aged, gimpy OL in the offseason.
AZ is NOT out of the picture. They only need a little help and they WILL get it. I am actually a Seahawks fan and I don't think the Cards should move on from Kyler unless they have the chance to get someone absolutely better. Murray is still very dynamic and can throw the ball. He did make a few mistakes but the guy can get it done. The protection and run game need to help and pass rush needs help.
Agreed with most of that, except that although the Seahawks have some tough games to finish the season, even if the Cards win the final 4, the Seahawks only need 2 wins to clinch it.
Lauren doesnt know seattles back at all. Walker is the all around back whos way more elusive and explosive. Zach is more bruising who can break big runs if there are big holes opened up for him.
If not for a heads up OPI by Harrison, Kyler would have had a third pick and it might have been a house call. Kyler isn't that guy. And it's not the physically small as much as the mentally small. He just isn't a leader of men and every time the going gets tough, Kyler regresses and his body language gets awful.
The number of shallow takes in the comments demonstrates the difficulty of overcoming the loser mentality of this franchise. Who really came into this season expecting the Cards to go 11-6? That was a big reach for this roster. Kyler is under pressure with 4 rushers.
@@whitneyfranco44 I don't think you know what the word journeyman means. Geno Smith has been in the league 11 seasons, has played for four different teams and has participated in exactly ONE playoff game, which he lost. That's the very definition of a journeyman.
Zona fans overreact! You had the Vikes beat! Zona is a very good team. Problem is you UNDERESTIMATE how the Hawks OWN Zona. Own!! You had won 4 straight but ran into Seattle in 2 of 3 weeks and they're a buzz saw! Vikes are 10-2 and Zona outplayed the Vikes, a playoff team. You two are terrible!! Seattle is a good football team. Don't you get it? Obviously don't know football or how to CRITICALLY analyze a game. Zona is going to finish 9-8. Good team but you don't know Seattle is rolling and has a very good D. Don't over react!! Probably should give Seattle more credit.
The Cardinals are a game BELOW .500. and haven't won since their bye week over a month ago. Hardly the definition of a "very good team." They have a small handfull of very good players, but they're nowhere near very good.
Maybe. But they'll have their hands full with the Packers and Vikings, and over the past few seasons they've been used any abused by the Rams the same way they use and abuse the Cardinals. I still don't have faith in Seattle's offensive line.

Father time is undefeated.
@@interceptingfist5682 So is geno against the Cardinals
Enjoyed the show 👍
One minor correction. Geno is now 6-0 vs. K1
5-0 actually cause last year we played yall in Seattle when Dobbs was your starter. So he’s 6-0 against the Cardinals.
A real “banner day” for Arizona sports. The predictable Murray meltdown and Suns Skid always seem to appear around this time

The Seahawks got healthy
The cards dont have enough dudes. We have a lot of guys sure but not enough dudes. We do have some young dudes that have a chance, but the QB is starting to look like a guy.
If you look at the roster just size wise, the cards just look like a bunch of guys compared to the opponents.
You guys do a great job
The Bidwells have quietly been among the worst owners in the league.
That's the team's main problem.

It’s time to move on from Kyler. He’s in year six and has never won a big game in his life and he’s still incredibly inconsistent. Move on from him.
We won’t move on him from until after next season. Even then, who’s available?
@@OoohhForSure Any rookie or free agent that will play as well as Murray at half the cost.
We're stuck with him. No one will trade for him. We'd be lucky to get a 3rd rounder.
He’s been trash for years. I feel bad for the cards

Geno had no real pressure and their pass plays are better. It's that simple.
The game ended on a sack.

Kyler got outplayed 3 straight weeks by journeyman qbs.
Double digit IQ take.
