Thank goodness your tutorial is still here even though you posted it years ago. Things for babies never go out of style. I love this pattern and the wonderful way you presented it. You’re fabulous! Thank you for this one!
I love this pattern. I have a drooly, seven month old granddaughter and these are perfect for her! They are quick and easy to make, and frankly, I’m tired of using the cotton for dish cloths only! Excellent video!
This video is very clear, which I appreciate! I'm making baby bibs for a family friend because she's going to have a baby soon! Thank you for the pattern!
I just made this in mint under 3 hours today, with a white crocheted button. It’s such a simple but practical pattern, I will be making more of the same in between my longer blanket knitting projects. Thank you so much for this timeless pattern and the clear visual instructions!
🤓🙃Thank you for all you and your team do everyday, I have learned so much from you, words can not express how thankful and how much I appreciate all you do, you guys rock! ❤🤗
Thank you Mikey for yet another wonderful tutorial! As always, I love your tutorials, your personality, your website, and newsletter :-) You are a superb teacher.
Mikey, love your videos....always helpful, though, if you could mention (more often during them), of the stitch count......I know it isn't difficult for you to do and so helpful for us that need that extra assurance that we are on track. Thanks again for such great presentations.
Thanks for the great tutorial. I just finished making the baby booties. Would you be able to make a tutorial for the booties that go with the pattern. I started the pattern and got lost on how to sew up the heel. I thought I may be able to figure it out by looking at the next step after sewing up the heel, but it just confused me further. Please help clarify these instructions.
Adorable! Anyone with suggestions on increasing size to make bigger, to fit an adult? My elderly mom and mil both use bibs at mealtime as they have cognitive issues. These are more attractive than the ones available to purchase at outlets and medical supply stores. I'm new to crocheting so adapting a pattern is not a skill i have yet. Thanks!
Thank so much for your help! I just finished my work!! Id like to ask what yarns did you used for babies bib? Because Im trying to find easy washable yarns.. Thank You again❤
My friend is having a baby but she refuses to get excited because 1.) She is only 17 2.) The doctor said she has a 80-90% chance of having a miscarriage due to her endometriosis. She wasn't supposed to get pregnant at all which is why I'm trying to get her to lift up her tiny miracle even if she/he doesn't survive. Her birthday is on Thursday so I'm planning on making very few little things for her baby to try and help her realize whether it survives or not she will always be a mommy and her baby is going to need something atleast. She's currently 4 months so even if she does miscarry she has to deliver unfortunately. She will want something to dress it in (:
Please let your friend know that I had the same thing endometriosis with my daughter. We was a high risk pregnancy because of that and a few other health issues. My daughter is now 9 years. Yes she was born early at 35 weeks but she was healthy and is here. Please let her know that doctors are able to save the lives of babies born early. Please don't give up hope on her baby. God will take care of her and her baby. Thank you for making things for her baby and being such a good friend. She is going to need your support in more ways than you know no matter the outcome of her baby. I will be praying for her and her baby.
One of the problems with velcro is that it will snag the yarn and after pulling it off so many times, the bib will be ruined. In addition, when the piece is washed, the velcro will also cling to other things, causing ruin as well. I realize ties sometimes are frowned upon as well, but that's what I added to the ones I made.
hi I started the project and I find that the 2 yarns you suggested are a little to rough for the skin of a new born baby can you suggest another yarn that would be softer thank you

You could double or triple the stitch count at the beginning, that should work.
Mzdiana - thanks!

I would like you to make a baby bassinet I love those and you do a great job
Looks Good!
Is the a video for the baby booties with this pattern?
i think it is a lot easier for me to follow if you would mention the total rows repeat than the next and the next
Love it.
Made it, love it! :D

Cherish Broome You are such a great friend! I hope her baby makes it but so glad you realize her baby is her child no matter if it lives or not!
Cherish Broome 4
Cherish Broome hi was reading the story about your friend is she ok did she have the baby I Know it's been a year
I know it is years since the incident.
But I would really like to know whether the baby survived.
love it!
Any idea if stitching some Velcro on instead of using a button would work?
Caleb Barrus yes it works, that's what I used. I'm scared of buttons
Can this be made to just pullover baby’s head without ties or buttons? Just all one piece?
Awesome
very nice
How to size up? Like for 6-12mos. 😊
