    You saved my day, thanks! Just a question: I'm using Lehninger 7 ed. and at page 703, where there is a scheme of THF cycle like yours, I see that it say that the reaction N5-N10-Metylen-THF --> N5-N10-Methyl-THF needs NADPH and not NADH, so... I'am bit confused, can you help me?

    Folate vs folinate?

      Folinate is a synthetic analogue that mimics tetrahydrofolate i.e. the activated form and can bypass dihydrofolate reductase.
