    The progression Calc is very interesting, just betting on 4 pockets with a roi of 10% my typical bankroll would allow me over 30 spins to hit. Going to look back on my previous sessions to see if this would of busted my bankroll, before I try out for real. Love the funnelling method to, not sure why but prefer playing the same dozen/column pockets to make my 12 pockets, in my testing it appears to be less suseptible to long runs of not hitting(compared to the dozens or columns). Keep the content coming its much appreciated

    Hi Roulette-Professional,
    I wanted to express how much I enjoy your content. Your Progression Calculator particularly caught my attention, and found it to be very insightful and helpful. I have a question about the calculation of the per pocket amount in your Progression Calculator. I was curious to learn more about the formula in excel that I can use to arrive at the amount per pocket amount bet? I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide some clarity on this. 😅

      Great to hear! - Thank you.
      There isn't a formula as such in excel that you can use recreate the progression calculator with. You could build similar in excel but it does require the coding of several functions to form the algorithm. The calculator basically works in a loop, The first bet level is set by the number of pockets, chip value and spread type, then depending on the percentage setting the bet value moving forward is calculated by a loop within a loop, or recursive process if you prefer.
      The outer loop progresses over the bet levels until it reaches a number of levels where the bet values goes beyond any realistic table limits, therefore it returns many more results for a single pocket progression opposed to 18 pocket progressions where the bet value increase more rapidly.
      The inner loop simply looks at the previous bet level total spend, it tests to see if the return from the same amount of chips minus the previous total spend plus the cost of the new bet level would still result in a profit that satisfies the percentage criteria, if it does then the bet value doesn't need to increase and moves forward a level, if the percentage criteria isn't met then it simply adds a single chip and loops to check the percentage criteria has now been met, it will keep looping, increasing by one chip each time until the answer is positive and then moves to the next level.
      What looks like it should be a simple excel formula that you could drag down for x number of rows actually requires (for some bet sizes levels) a lot of computation.
      I hope that helps.

      @@joe_croupier Hi Joe, I checked your website just now. Did you born for gambling? 👀
      No, the gambling is a name only. Everything is a gambling in this world. Almost everybody try earn money with a "gambling" where the knowledge will decide who will "win" or survive. The luck is no more like knowledge. The people think the gambling is that what they can not control or can not understand how its works. They call this thing: gambling. We know that the stock exchange is a similar thing. The right info in time business. Wars are also won only with the right and quick information.
      Gambling is not a different thing. Yes, the casinos can cheat but can not cheat always. And there are tables (not only roulette tables) where don't have to cheat because the most of player goes to the casino for fun or for excitement only. And also there are some customer there who thinks they will save its life with a nice win of course 😐
      I did not see your all videos but I have saw an older one too. Where you tried to find a right entry point to stop a pattern with outside bets. I think you know already that every patter is same. For example 5 black numbers in a row or RBRBR is total same. Or 18 random number what did not come out in the last 5 spins is also same like any other high/low/colour or even/odd pattern. I will not advise you noting. Because it is not my work. I only share my opinion with you.
      I think better if you rely more the math when you make a tracker program. Maybe you do this already. Because the video what I have seen, there you took bet after 4-5 pattern too. For example you took a bet after 4-5 same colour. This part of the outside bets are very dangerous because these places cover too many numbers. After 17 numbers we always do double bets after lose. I never recommend to play on it often. Because this part of the outside bets as tempting as the outside bets are, these are the most dangerous points on the roulette table because of the too many covered numbers. If the payers of casino think that this part of outside bets (or any bets what cover more like 18 numbers) are the most safety betting plans then this casino will makes profit always (long term).
      Other: I like a newer video on your channel. I watched a video from beginning to end. Where you showed your tracker. That is not free tracker but easy to understand this £1.5/m price. I think I will try it but I need to check it a bit more. You know I also made some roulette trackers after I have seen the RP's professional videos about the roulette and the mathematics behind it.

    Positive progression is better than negative progression so add chips after getting a hit if you don't overcome the profit horizon. That's all I can say.

    • @roulette-professional
      @roulette-professional  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      If done correctly we agree.
      You are more likely to receive a repeat win on any size of bet than not, i.e. loss level zero, however there are many more loss levels beyond that for any size of bet which may lead to a large loss if followed in a clockwork manner.
      This will be covered a bit in the video Why Clockwork Roulette Systems Fail.
      A good mixture of positive and negative bets played at the same time is the ultimate strategy compensating for each others strengths and weaknesses and knowing when to switch them on and off.

    Loving the calculator, got a new strategy I was hoping I could have your thoughts on. When playing I alway loads the last 80 spins into my dashboard so I can see what's happened recently.
    The new strategy is to see which numbers have not hit for these 80 spins (normally 3-6) then I use these numbers only until each hit, removing the winning number from the next bet once hit.
    It's seems to work well when looking back at my old data, but am I missing something?
    If there are 6 numbers not hit, this is like a street not hitting for 80 spins right, from my dashboards the longest I've seen a street be u hit is 45 spins.
    From my testing the numbers all hit within 60 spins, which keeps me well in my bankroll using the bet calculator to establish the betting sequence.
    What are your thoughts on this, any comments would be greatly received

    • @roulette-professional
      @roulette-professional  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Definitely on the right track there Terry for a negative bet style strategy - just hang on in there for the "Why Clockwork Roulette Strategies Fail" video as that is going to help you a lot with how you are thinking.
      We might have to change the title as it sounds unpropitious however we hope if viewers understand what is likely to fail they can learn to recognise what is more likely to work, combined with the now easy way to calculate progressions this should help many figure out smarter bets suited to themselves . . . on its way I promise . . .
      - by the way a street (3) (or Line (6)) can go a lot further than 45 spins . . .
      about halfway through this th-cam.com/users/shortseMtV8H_7uFw video look in the top left corner the bottom 3 pockets are at 108 and bottom 6 at 71

    I dont get it where are the red and black what is set? Spread Type? how do I calculate the RBRRBB pattern on that calculator

    • @roulette-professional
      @roulette-professional  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      If you are playing set of 18 pockets such as red or black then you can cover them with 1 chip using the outside bets along the bottom of the table, so you can use the spread type "Per Set".
      If you was trying to cover 18 pockets on the wheel or your own favourite numbers scattered across the table with no related outside bet option available then you would have to use the "Per Pocket" option.
      Lets assume you are using the Per Set option and using the Red & Black standard outside bets on the table.
      A martingale progression would be:-
      Level 1 = 1
      Level 2 = 2
      Level 3 = 4
      Level 4 = 8
      Level 5 = 16
      Level 6 = 32
      Level 7 = 64
      Level 8 = 128
      Our calculator set to Pockets Covered "18" / Chip Value "1" / Spread Type "Pet Set" / Min Percent Rtn "1" would give a similar progression sequence although it alters after level 6 to adhere to the 1 percent minimum setting:-
      Level 1 = 1
      Level 2 = 2
      Level 3 = 4
      Level 4 = 8
      Level 5 = 16
      Level 6 = 32
      Level 7 = 65
      Level 8 = 131
      The RBRRBB pattern is just as likely to win as RRRRRR or BBBBBB or RBRBRB but our perceptions fool us into thinking a changing sequence bet will do better.
      The bets for your sequence from our calculator example would look like this:-
      Level 1 = 1 R
      Level 2 = 2 B
      Level 3 = 4 R
      Level 4 = 8 R
      Level 5 = 16 B
      Level 6 = 32 B
      Repeat Sequence:-
      Level 7 = 65 R
      Level 8 = 131 B
      And so on . . .
      I hope that helps
      RP

    First, thank you for everything. I was wondering how we might calculate more progression levels in a funnel system. For example, the three Dozen funnels. I've been loving that system on a simulator. Only went to the 11th progression once. So I would like as many levels as I can memorize lmao!

    • @roulette-professional
      @roulette-professional  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Well you could lower your return percentage, or you could treat your funnels as trigger bets by adding a couple of blank levels at the start of you progressions. So effectivley you pass on the first few betting rounds. This doenst actually alter the wins to lose ratio it just delays it so you have more chance of getting in and out of a session with a profit. We probably need to do a video explaining that fact.

      @@roulette-professional Thank you, I understand funnels on a much more FUNdamental level now. You can make funnels out of anything. Your winning bets don't have to be one of your funnels, correct? Next I'm going to try 18 pockets of three Line bets with Four funnels of Five pockets for the remaining twenty. As for the 3 funnel dozen progression you demonstrated, if level 11 is 70 units, then I think level 12 is 110 units and level 13 is 175 units.

    I opened your calculator and duplicated your website because I wanted to see what is the better. ROI 10% or ROI 15% for my plan.
    plan> short sessions with small unit size: 50p and cover 12 numbers with two lines bets. Win-stop £25-£30 (50-60 units) per session. Stop-loss: £150 (300 units).
    My week point is the longer sessions. I can do 3-4 hours long session too. I can control myself but if I do long sessions then the chance to lose the control is too high. I lost enough money when I have tried to do long sessions. So I have to do short sessions only. Maximum 30 mins. But I'd like to earn 50-60 units the most of time because I know that sometimes I will give back 300 units (my stop-loss) for the casino.
    What do you think about this? Maximum 10 levels. If I use ROI 10% only then the session will be longer. I have to take bet more times. This means the session will be longer. I think better if I use ROI 15%.

    • @roulette-professional
      @roulette-professional  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'm starting to think you spend more time on this than we do! lol
      The video we spoke about - why clockwork systems fail should be a big help along side the calculator to build some useful session plans. however realistically is gonna be a few weeks before its finished.

    • @dikazdma
      @dikazdma 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I had a similar calculator in my tracker what I did nowadays. But I need to set the unit size and the covered levels at my tracker before I can see the level's progression spreadsheet. I have to modify my calculator to your calculator in the future. The ROI what I will build into here. The other things what you have in your calculator... I know that those are also valuable things but now the ROI is the important me. I have this basically. But I can not change this. It is always 10% in my tracker.

    • @dikazdma
      @dikazdma 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No, I don't spend more time on the roulette because I don't play roulette often. I spent a lot of time to make my roulette helping tracker because I did not study how have to work with excel. I just said you that I am also not a beginner at the roulette table. So, I can do longer session without any problem already but I can not keep the control if I do longer session always. If I can not handle this problem then I have to play shorter sessions. Not important to play roulette every day and I don't do it. But if I earn £50 with 15 sessions (example) then this profit is not enough value to take energy and time to this activity.
