Does it work for 122 degree climates in summer?

I have never had a problem with them in the summertime heat. But the hottest I’ve ever used them in is around 105.
I will check the knowledge base on Camden’s website.
I’ve also seen people putting reflective material on the outside of their cases to disperse heat
