    We really enjoyed Brown County State Park. Have you ridden there? What are your favorite trails?

      Limekiln is now a loop it is one direction depending on the day, still goes by both parking lots so you can duck out if necessary or stop and refill water bottles by the log cabin. The newer section has some great flow and some perfectly challenging climbs. My kids love this trail, we tend to do laps on it and then hit a back and forth on weedpatch. Aynes is pretty achievable for the kids too and a nice distance so is adding North Tower(?) and Pine Loop together. There are so many fun options at BCSP. They are making trail that connects weedpatch and hesitation point that takes full advantage of that beautiful scenery too, should be ready summer 2022 😁

      @@AdrenalineIsLife I think the west gate connector is going to be done in June. There is also a downhill build happening that sounds pretty awesome but I think that has a late summer completion date. They were talking about it at trail maintenance day this last weekend but I missed it. You also talked about wanting to try Walnut. We did some armoring this last weekend and built/fixed a few rock features there. It is pretty technical but lots of fun. My husband and I take turns on that one because neither of us want to ride it with our three year old on our bikes and our seven year old would have to hike quite a bit but highly recommend even if the kids come with just be prepared to potentially walk a number of sections with decent flow between. Maybe check out the EPIC that HMBA puts on in October!

      @@type1fun476 Thanks. Hoping I can get down there more frequently this year and try more of the trails. Especially the more technical singletrack which is something I've been neglecting as of late.

    I have never been the but excellent review. Good to know about Hobbs hollow. So cool to see the kids shredding. Your daughter looks fearless. Thanks for the callout!!

      She's a little shredder. It was really fun riding with the kids. They loved the place. Lots of trail candy out there to enjoy too 😉.

      @@AdrenalineIsLife Im over in the Palm Springs, California Area. So we have lots of desert gnar, and only a few "green" trails haha. Yeah, I use a macride with my son at the moment, eventually will get him going down the trails on his own bike. I just posted a video of us riding together.

    You can actually ride the first downhill of Hobbs to the climb out and just before the 2nd downhill and there's a service road to the left that gets you out to the road fairly quickly. Possible to shuttles from there. I never have, but it's an option.

    • @AdrenalineIsLife
      @AdrenalineIsLife  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for sharing that. I remember seeing that but wasn't sure where it went. It would be a good option to get more runs down that trail.

    Are there any areas you found where it would be possible to session ? Your vid really made me wish my kids weren’t all grown up. There’s always grandkids if I can stay healthy. 56 and just getting into mountain biking. Thx !

      @AdrenalineIsLife  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hesitation Point has some technical features/rock gardens etc that are sessionable. Ive been told that you can shuttle part of Hobbs Hollow. There are two access roads that will get you back up quickly. I didn't see them when I was there but they are definitely noted on Trailforks.

    Any trail is shuttle-able you just need 2 capable vehicles!

    • @AdrenalineIsLife
      @AdrenalineIsLife  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree. At the time, I couldn't find a route out of Hobbs to a road. Someone pointed out there is a way to shuttle it. I'm going to plan some shuttles for the next visit. 👍
