Nice guitar. I had a red 1987 RG410 with the newer headstock design as my sole guitar for over 15 years until it was stolen. The Edges made back then were God-tier trems, and the strap pin design is the best ever. I know that there's no hope of fetting ut back (it's been 20 years), but I still keep an eye out. Now I have an old, beat to hell RSII 420, with the original pickups and that amazing Edge. I landed a Pro Line neck (ebony board, modern headstock), and it's incredible. I would put in new pickups, except one pickup would cost as much as the guitar did!
Wow! Those are super hard to come by! Super sorry to hear it was stolen. That’s awful! Your vintage Ibanez parts-caster sounds quite epic too! I know what you mean about the pickups - I always feel a little strange dropping pickups in guitars that are picked up quite inexpensively as well. Cheers! 🙏🎸🍻
I own 1 nice I bought it used in 92- 2 humbuckers, neck was played a lot and needed a fret job maybe soon, great feeling neck, pickups were great!!! thank you sir. Awesome!!!!!!
Thanks for the kind words! 🙏 That sounds like a killer axe with lots of mojo! There’s nothing like playing an instrument that you can feel has had thousands of hours poured into it! Cheers! 🎸👌🙌🍻
Ibanez should definitely reissue the RG410 . I just think it would be cool to have a bridge only Ibanez without a pick guard. I would even be interested in a GIO 410, but I doubt they’ll ever do anything like that .

Dig Ibanez 😍
Me too! 🎸
Bad ass axe u got there bro
Thanks so much! I’m not crazy about most Ibanez guitars, but I REALLY like these old Roadstars! 🤣🙏🎸
It kinda reminds me of the Yamaha 612. I really regret selling it. It was like a sports car compared to my strats and teles.
These Japanese manufacturers sure knew how to build killer shreddies back in the 80s! 👌🎸
The tuners on the back of the headstock are not standard
