The time is now to cleanse our bodies! Low vibrational foods can dull your senses and your vibration. There is a time and place for grounding foods. Listen to your intuition on what to eat and what not to eat. As you're digesting, listen to your body. If you're not sure where to start you can always start with vegan. Eating foods that are alive are a great place to start!
I am a healer light worker. People are attracted to me and then they start telling me there personal information in every way. I also serve others in other ways as well. Animals also are attracted to me as well.I thought it was wierd at first but I accept it now and know who I am now and I love it as well. Thank you❤️
I have always, even as a child, meditated on light and tried to project that light from my body outwards. Never knew what that meant...thanks.

I have recently discovered that maybe this has been what's going on with me. I am just trying to get to a place where I feel peaceful because I feel wonky right now. I was having vivid dreams and then there's been uprooting shifts in my life. That's not even the full story but I cried a lot when I saw a video that talked about an awakening right now. I want to remain humble but I realize there's more to come.

I'm a healer but sometimes I can't let go of others pain. It's a wonderful gift and people are grateful but feeling other pain besides my own is very overwhelming.
You're empathic. Go to Amazon and look up Rose Rosetree. She has a few different books on Amazon about how to protect your energy as an empath. Here are a few things that you can do now. Ground into the Earth and then say to God, "please remove all energy that does not belong to me now." Repeat that prayer until you feel relief. Before you heal others visualize your energy in a golden bubble. Set the intention that this bubble will protect your energy from absorbing your clients energy. Another tip I have I got from a Anna Sayce article. Before going out into public ground into the earth. Then imagine your energy as a bubble. Imagine white light in the shape of hands closing all of the openings in your bubble until your bubble is completely closed off. Empaths energy have a lot of openings in them kind of like Swiss cheese. Walking outside and exercise also are wonderful for clearing your energy. From a healer's standpoint, the reason that you take on anyone's energy is because you have a similar block to them and/or because you have energetic blocks dealing with being a self sacrificer by taking on other people's burdens. It's called being an empath surrogate. As someone once told me, you can be an empath without being an empath surrogate. Also, sometimes we can't let go of stuff because we have a payoff for taking it on. I have abandonment issues I'm working through and I noticed from removing a lot of my own energetic blocks that a common reason I take on other people's stuff is because I don't want to be left again, even at the cost of accepting a burden that is not mine/ that makes my life harder. I hope this helped. I'm going to leave another comment and share some eft tapping videos with you that might help you reduce the energetic blocks that you take from others.

I was told by a psychic that contacted my father, said "that's my daughter, she is a healer." I thought he meant I was a nurse. Not knowing the different levels, thinking now, that was meant for being a lightworker. I too am undercover in a corporate insurance company, doing my lightwork and being paid for it!
It's normal for gifts to be revealed in layers like this... Being a nurse definitely constitutes as being a healer... But of course, in your case, that's just the tip of the iceberg or a spark of light from a giant SUN... AKA much more healing LIGHT flowing through! 💙🌈

I am so lucky and thankful that my guides have shown me a glimpse of who I really am. It is with clarity and absolute positivity that I know I am a divine blueprint holder. I am also lucky enough to have united at this moment and space with at least 5 tribe members, all with different "specializations." I had my third eye open by my younger sister and ever since then I can smell auras (at times) and most of the time I feel all the negative emotions in an area and feel it hurting me...
When my parents fight or when it's tense at home with my family I feel in pain. My teeth hurt, my head hurts, my back hurts. Everything hurts!
It's been hard but I don't regret it.
Because I can now feel the light and feel the love of my God and my angels and my past soul mate's love and my ancestor's love and protection and I don't feel the aching gap inside my heart. I don't feel alone anymore, I used to feel shunned and neglected but now I don't!
But my family's line is cursed and I feel it everytime. It takes a toll on my body and I don't think I'm strong enough to face it. Still I keep going but it is hard.
I pray for help and your videos gives me light, joy and hope to begin anew.

collective manifestation - I knew I had powerful means of manifestation but I always felt wrong for manifesting for personal gain, like I was cheating I suppose, and I never needed to use the ability because anytime I would surrender my struggles to the divine and ask for their help opportunities would always arise. but when you said collective manifestation my creativity went into overload and I instantly started brainstorming where this could be beneficial.

I am the light worker that wants to help others in human form and animal form. I work hard to spread inspiration, courage, hope kindness and love. I also encourage people that I know. I have a very strong connection with the angelic realm. I receive messages every day all day long. It can get crazy at times with all of the messages I receive. I also have the gift of being a sensitive which means that I can feel energy from those that have passed. There is so much to tell but I would be typing all night long.

As a transmuting lightworker it is a difficult journey in the beginning. Even now I have to learn to cope with anxieties fears etc. However when i come out on the other side i learn so much about myself and humanity it makes me love people even more especially after feeling what they go thru.
From listening to this I think you can be more than one of the traits/jobs. It can morph as you grow spiritually. I would say I possess at least 3 or 4 of the levels

Born as a light worker I suffered usury if my heart to give and help all that it is literally killing me and destroying my life and is not lifting me up but only the world.
It’s a consuming fire 🔥
One I have yet to put out.
Did tech me to cure anything under the sun but still it did not teach me to heal the pain in my heart.
It all made self love and care something that seems not to exist anymore.
It’s a path to hell on earth as an empath I was born and know it only this way for myself.
But I still live and give what little light I have left.
The next time I die I pray I’m not brought back.

I also do healing with my hands and with that developments find messages come through guidance or loved ones. Also undercover because at my job I ask for Highest clearing whatever they require for their highest good.. Then a shift happens a lighter mood tension dissipates

Thank you for sharing I believe that I have several light worker traits. It Began back in the 80 s when I started having dreams that came true and years latter I started seeing the same number. After several experiences where I felt I needed to share love i found myself writing and making home made movies about the love of God. I've been looking for answers to why I have felt so different and what the truth of life really was. After so many times of feeling and seeing number 73 I looked it up and from there I was lead to several channels of teachings as well as the light workers things are becoming so much clear to me as to what my purpose is and I intend to do my part just not sure which light worker I should practice since I have experienced several I'm sure it will become clear to me the more I seek my higher self. I think I work in all of them depending on the situation that life gives me, as the most appropriate needed technique. ok, so what i took from this after i guess the start of my spiritual awakening in dec 2018 (also aries sign) is im basically all of theses bar a few of the lightworkers you mentioned... some heavy stuff to take on but everytime you said something that clicked my inner ear just rang out louder and louder (my best way of confirming spiritual info and guidance, i guess as im still not well intune with these immense capabilities and am also not of sound body mind or soul, but know what it feels like to be that way.
more meditation and learning to do.. and 3rd eye control to gain
also another thing ive found is 3 people in particular in last month or so that all are somewhat spiritual or think and are on a similar level of knowledge/open mindedness.. all of us have our vices and quirks but man do we connect on such crazy levels.. and this is after secluding myself from the world stuck in hermit mode basically hating everything and doing whatever i could to avoid ppl and reality via electronic (games, internet) or all types of drugs and such
and im slowly getting my grasp back on reality now after finding my ways to hear my guides and i think now moving towards what im supposed to do all along, which is well like i said almost all of the things you mentioned
so ive got a looot to do before dare i say.. helping humans remember who we really are for true ascension (as thats what ive been told is my biggest task, bar 1 doozy of a screw up i made, but will fix asap) its so very interesting stuff

I have the ability to see, hear and sense demons. I used to be involved in dark magic I was often attacked by them. When I came to God I never lost the ability to know when they are around. I pray for people who are under spiritual attack and help provide helpful prayers and scriptures to help them protect themselves.
So, not quite ten years ago, I went to school for a Dialysis technician. During my internship two of the patients decided they didn't want to come back. With some other medical treatments, this may not be detrimental to the patient. In dialysis, without treatment, it's fatal within a week. I saw the difference between when they came in, versus leaving. Leaving, their skin looked better, they were less puffy. They looked physically healthier. However, one thing I always noticed was the weariness in their eyes. They would all say how tired they were and were going to take a nap. The nurses who worked here said this was normal. By graduation, I knew I didn't want to set foot in another hospital/dialysis clinic type setting when the patient just can't take the pain of treatment so they would choose death instead. It was crushing to me. But I still felt called to heal. For long before this and still today.
I have recently discovered Reiki. I intend to put all of my energy into this, because I can help people to heal, without the high fatality rate. So, methinks I am a healing lightworker.

Thank you Melanie for this video A few months ago I "stumbled" upon the term lightworker & did some research. When I read a description on one website I was overcome with a sense that I was "at home". Your videos have been a great resource. I feel a connection to a few of the types of lightworkers mentioned in this video, some more than others. I feel that I am also a clairsentient/empath, but not really sure if I consider myself a seer or psychic, if that makes any sense. Your explanation of a 'WayShower' might be the one type that I could relate to Most. I could go on & on....Thank you again. Love + Light. Matthew

Wow this was an interesting video. I'm not a fan of labels but almost everything you mentioned is exactly what ive been doing since my awakening. I saw this more ike a competition and me and my brother would compete to become stronger than eachother and to see who the demons negative entitys feared more, so we'd always be slashing demons it was so fun, the look of their pissed off faces were gold, and also my view on everything you said is that, when I'd go slashing demons and defeating them all the good lights manifested more and I rose in vibration, but that's because I can see them so I'm very aware of what they do, anyways I'll continue on....

I think my brother and I fall into a couple of these categories; our respective ascensions have been in play, seemingly separate until now; we’ve been connecting nearly every day after years of no direct communication and sharing our experiences and beliefs with each other, our feelings and goals, and always on the topic of our spiritual beliefs and feelings. There is definitely a major shift going on now that we’re in synch again, tuned into the same frequency, and I guess I’m curious after watching this in particular if a Lightworker can be of a couple areas here, possibly primary-secondary-tertiary, primary-secondary etc. I began my Lightworker journey with massage and Reiki, and I feel like another major evolutionary change is happening.

I”m sure it’s possible. If you’re attuned to these energies, it’s highly likely you’ll have some healer or seer abilities, you are shining your light, maybe you work with grids, etc. Maybe there’s one or two areas that are stronger than the others, or that you use your tools from different categories to support that particular work. I don’t think it’s important to declare yourself one thing at the exclusion of the others. Just, follow your heart and do your service as it calls to you! For example, I feel like I was born into a family that had a lot of trauma and karma, and “transmuter” seems like it fits me, but at this point in my life, I feel called to other areas of service.
Does taking care of my 2 grandchildren count. I've had 1 since birth and the other since 6 months. It was not a job that I was enthusiastic about doing, but I was driven to do so out of love and concern for thier well being. My daughter, although better now with my help, could not care for them properly due to severe depression. I just could not turn my back on the innocent little beings. At first I felt like I didn't have a life because of the time that small children required, but at some point I began to realize that my desire to see their wellbeing through, over rode the feeling of not having a life. I realized that this was my life, and it was up to me to make the most of it and turn the tide. So that's what I've come to do. Some days are more than challenging but I look at their little faces, and can see myself in thier spirit and the Joy's that I felt as a child because someone loved and cared for me. That keeps me pushing on. They are now 9 and 6!
