(Riff A, B, C, maybe a break or two, solo section, Riff A, B, C - it's actually annoying once you notice it because it's so predictable)
Sometimes when I listen to Death and focus on the lyrics it feels like Chuck was a time traveler. He is touching on today's issues from the past. His music is timeless. Both at individual and social levels.

I got this guitar with the lo pro edge back in the spring, but lately I’ve been listening to a lot of Death and I have been screwing around with some of my guitars in D standard. You may have just convinced me to restring it for this tuning. Great sound!

Chuck was a so great artist that he could write amazing lyrics, amazing riffs, amazing solos, amazing songs. And perform perfectly live. Singing and playing hard rhythm and lead guitars. Maybe this is why his life was consumed so early... Because he reached an artistic level that was too high for human body to bare. He was a pure incarnation of Artistical Power. He has been an explosion of power that still shines to this very day. Such a magnificent guy. By the way, great video, you honored the Master so well
He must be a retired rhythm guitarist from a band. Cuz he knows all of the pain of a rhythm guitarist. Especially Death, cuz you have to harmonize with the lead guitar. Great Job bro.
As a beginner, all of To Forgive Is To Suffer sounds like a nightmare. One of the most criminally underrated songs of theirs. Such a great solo. Not to mention the first Death song I ever heard, and very special to me!
Schuldiner's way of writing songs made Death the band I loved more to cover. Usually I just wrote my own stuff more & more difficult to improve my skills but I could actually play pretty much every Death's songs.

As some one who worships at the altar of Death, this video is great. I’m glad you included the riff from Scream Bloody Gore, it’s probably my favorite riff off that album. My top hardest Death Riffs, are 1. Spiritual Healing - the riff your playing. For the simple fact that no one plays it the same. I play it slightly different than you do, but close. I reached out to Matt Harvey, and he said neither Terry or James remember how that riff goes. 2. Without a doubt, Promitive Ways, the whole song. That song takes some stamina to get through it all the way through. 3. Lack Of Comprehension, the verse riff, I have to really focus on to get exactly like the record. Because it’s in 3. I really have to focus on that riff. 4. The riff from Misanthrope that you put in the vid gave me so much trouble when I first learned it. 5. Overactive Imagination, the riff right after the solo and the second solo riff. Those two riffs are involved, by the time I get to that part of the song my picking hand gets fatigued.

Ive now learned quite a few death songs in their entirety. And for me personally at least the toughest part is the whole song, and odviously trying to sing with then like chuck did. But Just seeing a riff per song be played doesnt really do it justice lol

Speaking about Death, guitar is also the "easiest" instrument to play. Trying to do a proper Death cover with all band components is not a simple task with some of their songs.
On without judgement chuck actually played that first riff on one string, starting on the 12th fret. much easier to play it that way and it sounds better, to me at least.
Ah, thats what I thought! It always sounded like that to me but Im pretty sure that I saw everyone playing that on 6th and 5th string live (Symbolic live etc.) :o

This is also just rhythm guitar. Chuck’s lead stuff is very technical.
