    Can you withdraw cash at an Australia Post post office? In many parts of the Australian Outback, the only place to withdraw cash is often at a post office. Most major banks (including ING but not ANZ last I knew) co-operate with AusPost to enable that.

    The fees associated with Wise ATM withdrawals are high. $1.50 per withdrawal, plus 2%, plus .25% to add money onto the card. Not to mention the local ATM fees. You're probably not much money ahead if any, using the Wise card vs a bank debit card.

    • @Wise
      @Wise  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      We understand your concern about the fees, and we appreciate you sharing your thoughts. We're always working on bringing it down, wherever possible. Learn more here: wi.se/feechanges
      The exact fees you pay depend on where your card was issued - it’s usually the registered address on your Wise account. Note, some ATMs may charge additional fees over what we charge. We can't predict these fees, but they are typically displayed on the ATM screen before you confirm the withdrawal.
      Read more about it here: wi.se/withdrawalfees

    Hi,
    What if I lost a physical card during the traveling for a long term? Once I make it frozen, how do I get another card to continue my trip? Thanks 🙏🏻

    • @Wise
      @Wise  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there 👋 If you're travelling, and you want to get the Wise card, you can get a virtual one, as the card works same as the physical one. Check here how to get it: wi.se/wisedigitalcard
      However, if you want to get the physical card delivered to a temporary address. Check here if you're eligible for the international delivery: wi.se/delivercardabroad If you are, you can do it following these steps: wi.se/stolenorlostcard
      If anything remains unclear, kindly reach out to us via DM on Instagram, Facebook or X. Alternatively you can email/call us using this link: wi.se/contactus

    • @Wise
      @Wise  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there - thanks for reaching out again. Generally, the credit option should work. If your card is issued in Brazil before 3rd of May 2022, you should choose debit. For cards issued in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, you can choose credit if the debit option is not available.
      Please feel free to reach out to us over on social media for more help. This can be on X/Twitter, Facebook or Instagram, or alternatively through this link: wi.se/contactus - we're there to help 💚

    You must change the currency in each country in the Wise app? Or you keep your own currency - when take out money from ATM.

    • @Wise
      @Wise  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey there! We always suggest picking the local currency of the country you’re in, leave the conversion to us 💱
      And if you don’t have the currency you need, we’ll use our smart conversion technology to automatically convert from your available currency balances.
      We’ll use the one with the lowest conversion fee, to make sure you get the most from your money.

    Hi there wise team can I withdraw my funds in ATM by using Wise Digital Card

    • @Wise
      @Wise  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello, Sam! Yes, you can withdraw money in ATM using your Digital Card. The terminal will need to offer the appropriate technology. After that, follow the withdrawal flow as you'd with physical card.
      You can locate an ATM near you by clicking on the “card” tab, scroll down to the “travel center” option, then select the country and select the “find an ATM” option. On this tab you can both find an ATM and check out more tips about our card.
      Here you can will find more info 👉 wi.se/usingaforeignatm

    • @Wise
      @Wise  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey, Gary! At the moment, we don't have this feature in our app, but we'll pass your feedback to the relevant team and hope that you'll be able to enjoy a better user-experience in the future. For now, you can use these ATM locators to find an ATM near you:
      Visa locator 👉 wi.se/visa-atm-tracker
      Mastercard locator 👉 wi.se/mastercardlocator
      You can also reach out to our other social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). We'll be glad to assist you more there.

    Can we use our wise digital card on atm

    • @Wise
      @Wise  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey, Kaan!
      It should be possible with ATMs that support the contactless feature, as long as it accepts cards without a PIN. For you to withdraw money with your digital card, you'll need to add digital cards to your mobile wallet, and withdraw from an ATM with contactless.
      Should have any other questions, feel free to DM us on Instagram, Twitter (X), or Facebook. Alternatively, you can reach us via email/phone here: wi.se/contactus

      @Wise  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello, Muhammad. We don't offer balances in Saudi Riyal at the moment, so you won't be able to convert and hold this currency in your Wise account. However, you can have a TRY balance.
      You can either exchange money before leaving, if you prefer, or withdrawal there locally. We share more info on how to use an ATM abroad, right here: wi.se/usingaforeignatm
      More about withdrawing fees, here: wi.se/debitcardfees

      That's correct, that you'll be able to use your card in Saudi Arabia. However, we don't offer balances in SAR. If you don't have the local currency, you can still use your card as you normally would. With our smart conversion technology, we'll automatically convert the balance for you that has the lowest conversion fee. Learn more here: wi.se/smartconversiontech

    Can I withdraw money from Nepali atm using my green wise card? Thank you for your answer in advance!

    • @Wise
      @Wise  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey there. It seems like you'll be going on quite an adventure, and that you'll be taking your debit card with you. So in a way we'll be going on a trip together ✨
      Having said that, you'll be able to use your debit card in order to withdraw funds in Nepal, as long as you're not a personal customer, and your card wasn't issued in the US.
      For more info on this, and where it is that you'll be able to use your card in general. Please check out our page here: wi.se/whereyoucanuseyourcard
      And furthermore, it may also be worthwhile to have a look at our blog here: wi.se/wise-card-abroad - as it contains some useful tips and tricks for when it comes to using the debit card abroad.
      We hope this helps, but please feel free to send us a PM, or DM, on Facebook, Instagram, or X in case you have any other questions. We'd be glad to assist you further.

    • @Wise
      @Wise  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey there 👋 At the moment, you can only add money and hold it in JPY. We don't offer account details in JPY, so you won't be able to receive money as you need account details to share with whoever wants to send you money, but you can open a JPY balance and top up your account yourself.
      See the steps on how to open a balance with us: wi.se/create-a-balance If you have more questions, feel free to reach out to us on Instagram, Twitter (X), or Facebook and PM us.
