When Lancome fired Isabella years ago as their spokesperson because of her age, I stopped buying their products and wrote them a letter--if she was too old to represent them, I was certainly to old to use Lancome.

Per my blessed grandmother's spaghetti machine I make my own egg noodles. My garden produces the most favorable beets, while I hydroponically raise unlimited amounts of basil, and thanks to Emmy I make my own Ricotta. Isabella, you are a blessing to one's kitchen.

Funny, I made a dip with beets and sour cream for a graduation pot luck year ago. Last minute recipe turned the most amazing color. It was still intact after the potluck, I was kinda embarassed. And here the wonderful Isabella's daughter turned it into a great dish, Bravo. Lucille

Thank you! Beautiful woman inside and out. Beets are so healthy. I never thought to use them as a pasta sauce. My mother was a gourmet Lebanese cook...her three main ingredients for everything was lemon juice, olive oil and garlic.
