Lemon Jam Recipe - Lemon Marmalade

2 cups of granulated sugar

Dear Auntie Saniye. I made lemon jam. I boiled the peels 4 times - my lemons had thick skins. The jam is slightly bitter, but has a very refined taste. I will definitely come back to this recipe. Thank you for the recipe and best regards from Poland.
