Great Job with the broadcast Brendon. Look at what the Mavs are doing by trading for the right pieces. Getting PJ, and Gaffird has them on the verge of going to the finals, Phoenix should model that and Jones needs to bring the right pieces in to surround the big 3.
Not a fan of signing LBJ. I’m all for dealing Nurk to get under the second apron but only if we can get a better starting center. I don’t want to let him go only to have someone like Eubanks be our starting center. Hopefully JJ is paying close attention to the teams in the playoffs right now to see how crucial having consistent role players is. Each one of the four teams have role players who contribute significantly each game which is something that we didn’t have this year
If you can get LeBron James or any top5-25 player in the NBA (he’s still top5-15) for a league minimum you get that player in a heartbeat.

If you trade Nurk away, what salaries do you even have to combine? Also, you can’t combine them if the result would take you back into the 2nd apron

It feels like the Suns have gone off track and keep doubling down on things that just aren't working. The Mavs now remind me of the Suns in 2022. Back then, we had two superstars along with a bunch of solid 3&D players (Johnson, Mikal, Craig, Crowder) and versatile defensive bigs (Ayton, McGee, Biz). The big difference was that CP3 was unreliable and kept getting hurt in the playoffs, unlike Kyrie. This was a major reason we lost to the Mavs in the second round.
Instead of making the obvious fix of replacing CP3 with a point guard like Kyrie-who was available at the same time as KD and much cheaper-we broke up a great, flexible team to get KD. Even though KD is an amazing player, he didn't fit well and messed up our team chemistry. Then, we made it worse by adding aging, one-dimensional superstars while getting rid of the complementary pieces that were great for chemistry and necessary for winning championships.
Two years later, as things continue to spiral downward, instead of changing course and rebuilding in a more sustainable way, we keep doubling down and getting even older. To make matters worse, we surrender another first round pick that could be the next promising player like Lively, beneficial for us for years to come, just to get another one-year rental. Jesus Christ, enough with this stupidity.

The reason that rumor is out there is so a dumb team will draft him in the first round for that reason only.
If they can pull it off it would be CRAZY!! Plus they could grab oubre and chris paul on minimums. Trade Nurk for Capella or Nick Richards

Signing Lebron in his son is cheating. It would damage Kd career even more. I wouldn't want to see 3 or 4 stars on the same team that's not competitive. Having booker/kd is enough star power to win 🏆 just build around them.

They can get Bronny to be backup guard. The problem was having Grayson play forward. He should be a guard. We need a power forward. Somebody to get rebounds, play defense, shoot the 3. Yeah, Lebron would be perfect.

The problem with Nurk is he can't finish. Also he is too slow on the defensive side and is not a rim protector.
@@moneymoments8307 Still he is great rebounder he and can hold up against bigger centers they can’t push him around and suns are in the west you still need that big body. You keep Nurk and bring change of pace center in who can rim protect on the margins there are guys out there but you don’t get rid of Nurk and he is also good in the short role and play making we can’t discredit that especially when suns are getting blitzed and doubled. Yes he has his flaws but he also has his goods as well especially offensively. And if book and Beal were better on ball defensively it would help Nurk out. Suns need a better on ball defender to get around screens and another PF back up PG and Center and they will be fine.
They can use Ginnis or Middleton with size paired with Nurkis.

That trade for Chris paul was terrible. If they kept Rubio and Oubre everyone would've improved dramatically! Book would've averaged 30 DA would've been an all nba center we would've been the fastest team in the history of the game. Chris Paul ruined their developments. He gets all the credit for going to the finals but if he had been healthy in the wcf in 2021 it would've been the clippers and bucks. Chris Paul ruined our chances of winning 2 maybe even 3 championships.
If they sign LeBron it's gonna be another 1st round exit or worst no playoffs.
