my player comp for Oso is Thad young similar in size, decent ball handler, decent passer and has a great float game/ short hook.

Oso is 6’10 and 2 inches taller and heavier at 235. He’s a center. Young is power forward. His Comp is Brandon Clark

Solid draft, recouped some assets, picked a guy with an elite NBA skill at 28, and took a shot in fixing the backup center position.

Ware was drafted earlier before the Suns pick. Moving up to get whom they got in the 2nd Round is a good pick. Onward to Vegas Summer League.

Oso Ighodaro seems like a much better version of Eubanks, tremendous passer and ability to read the floor - and seems to have a terrific floater game around the hoop. I like the pick a lot. Bud is gonna have him in a ton of high passer option plays hitting cutters and shooters, as well as the pick man in a lot of sets coming off the bench.

Free agent, Suns can only offer him a minimum. He seems to like playing with KD, so maybe he'll stay. But if a team offers him $5M, I don't see him turning down such a big raise.

Stop talking about trading, Allen! You're doing the media thing and talking about stuff as click bait, and i thought you were better than that. Allen is going nowhere, he just signed an extension with on good faith that he will be around for a while and to throw his name as a possible trade target is what will make future players not want to sign here. Who the hell wants to sign with a team that will use him as trade bait 6 months into his contract when he has a family he has to worry about. Its extremely disrespectful to the player and to even put it out there as a possibility as someone who reports for the suns just sends the wrong everything to other players that might be willing to sign for the league minimum. It also shows they dont really give a crap about players that aren't starting. Why would any player sign here if ownership doesn't care about its players.
In other words, don't even bring him up as a trade option unless you have an actual source talking about a trade within the Suns organization, at least for the first year. Plus, if the Suns are able to get the right players this off-season, he should be up for the 6th man award next year. He's the scoring off the bench that they have been needing.

He isn't a reporter he's a podcaster, its entirely different media roles. NBA players aren't children, they know that they might have to pack up and move at any time. Its part of the business, which they are fairly compensated for.
As for Allen, he is an awesome, awesome player who I don't think they should trade (neither does Brendon, I believe). He is a high volume 3 point shooter, which given the big 3's (especially Book and KD) lack of volume from 3 is a great help. However, he isn't a perfect fit. He's the same size as Booker and Beal and is a mediocre defender, tasked with guarding the other team's best guard usually. If there was a player who was a bit of a worse shooter but a bit bigger and a better defender, it absolutely would make sense to consider trading him, first year of a new contract or not.

Dunn is allen replacement as starter if he can hit corner 3s at 33% or cut enough that it doesnt matter.

28th picks and 40th picks typically don't see the floor on good teams. Everyone gets hyped for a whole summer and then they are in the G-League.
Only way I can see them getting PT is if Dunn either magically can shoot in a year (he won't) or if he can hold up playing small ball center. Oso I actually think is more likely, because the role of backup big is easier to fill, and he has the passing chops to operate out of the short roll when one of the big 3 gets trapped. He also play similarly to Nurkic, a worse screener and rebounder but better finisher.
