Goodwill was restocking and I found a trio of amazing vintage glass pieces... one of which was a Scottish item from my Holy Grail List! Lets go thrifting and find out what it was!

Today my Mum and I are thrifting one of our favorite Goodwill locations here in Las Vegas! I have my Thrifting Vegas blanket and my reuseable shopping bags ready. Today, they were stocking the shelves and brought out 5 new carts almost as soon as we walked in. Between us we found so many amazing treasures, including a lamp from the early 1900's! Thrift with us for some unexpected items, learn what to bolo and what to leave on the shelf, and why. I have an idea for you . When you do your recap, you should have a tripod to set your phone on . Aim it at a table that's accessible from all sides that you place your finds on . That way both hands care free . No need to have 3 hands then . Plus, you'll save extra money on nail polish not having to do an extra set of nails😀.

The paper weight by McDougal, I've seen it up here in Calgary . It was in a consignment store here . I believe they had a price of 150.00 on it .

Don't think that lampshade is original. The $1.99 tag on the inside looks like it was a separate piece someone just put on. It's a bit too plain and flimsy. Thinking it should have a green glass shade, being a desk lamp.
My mum used to work at the tin factory at Mansfield in Nottinghamshire, England. This was when I was very young in the sixties. They made trays and different things and she got my sister a Beatles tray which she still has.
A great idea for a vintage clock that doesn’t work, is to set the time to the time of the birth of your children ❤

Some wonderful finds with the 'Paper Weights', the gorgeous Pier One Shell Vase, Victorian Lamp with brass letter holder were my favourite finds. I recall a similar lamp in my Nan's wonderful old home when I was a child. I was fascinated by the lamp & used to load up the letters in the letter holder. Best Wishes!

I rewatch your uploads on a regular basis, I’ve discovered that multitasking while viewing you on TH-cam, I miss seeing snippets of your Thrifting adventures here and there. Finding past videos to watch gives me new visual content to entertain me. Tiffany try blue Dawn on grease and oil. I use Dawn on most everything I want clean. Bottle under kitchen sink and in the laundry room. Great on clothes. Should work well also on the shell vase. Give it a try….. love the paper weights.

My favorite pieces are the Italian pottery planter(my first thought was maybe Bitossi, but know it's not)and the Seth Thomas travel clock. Always love seeing the furbabies and hummingbirds!! How exciting that Laura is coming to visit!! She was the first reseller I started watching and it's been an addiction ever since!!

But I believe your peter mcdougll Millefiori paper weight is just the most beautiful piece I have seen in a long while. Bear & Rio are fantastic.

I have looked for that fairy lamp for about 3 hours on the Internet. It is so pretty and very unusual!
It is unusual Sherry, I was excited to find both halves!! 😃❤️
You mentioned the difficulty of removing the tape and stickers , I had a job once to send overstock back to a supplier ( pharmaceutical merch.) we had to remove stickers and we used a hair dryer to loosen the glue and sometimes it worked really well.
