I am so glad I came across this video. I usually buy the cans at the store and have to be careful how much bean dip I use on a chip because I run out easily. I cannot wait to try this so I can get bigger scoops of bean dip on each of my chips.
Nice work ! March 2023 here in Ohio and the Frito brand currently sells for $3.59 at the major grocers (9 oz.). Reviewed several recipes here, yours is the one I'm making. Thanks for sharing !

My tooth wisdom tooth broke a couple days ago so I was looking for something soft to eat till i get to the dentist this was great thank you so much thanks from Pearland Texas's
Thanks Larry. I'll have to try this. I love bean dip!!! Being from the south of course I have tons of dried beans. Well maybe not tons but I do have a lot of different varieties, especially pintos. They are a staple in my pantry. Much Love
Great recipe, I did mine in 40 min in the instapot. Post your homemade salsa recipe, I have two, a roasted and a raw but always looking to see how others do it. Thanks for your videos!
The beans you made are for eating with bacon, buttermilk cornbread, and fresh onion, not to be wasted on bean dip! If you want bean dip, start with a can of pinto beans or a can of refried beans, either pinto or black.
@@Acts16.31 Just sayin' that you can use a can of refried beans to make the dip and they will be very tasty. SO..., why waste a nice pot of beans by mixing them into a dip when you can have those same beans as a magnificent meal by including a smoked ham hock in your crock pot and then serving them with a (non sweet) cornbread and a nice salad...yum!
I had spicy bean dip at a Mexican restaurant and they used melty cheese on top. It was so good..

Great video. Those beans looked great, made me hungry for beans. That bean dip looked great too. I told my wife, she needs to make some of that.
Thanks. The bean dip was great. The beans by themselves needed a little salt and pepper. 🤠

It is pretty easy to make. I can not tell any difference in taste from the purchased variety so I think it is a winner. Good luck. 🤠
