Aenys was a weak king. his son Aegon the uncrowned was also not strong enough to restore the targaryen dominance. Well I don't really see grey worm caring much about peace and the people of westeros after jon kills deneryas The only logical scenario i can imagine is that the armies of 7 kingdoms present in the capital somehow manage to fend off all the soldiers loyal to deneryns i.e the khalasar and the unsullied Later these two forces having to have a clash somewhere to resolve the issue of jon becoming king
The entire realm knows him as Jon Snow plus he himself will identify more as Jon Snow than Aegon Targaryen (or anything to do with the Targaryen name). At most I can see him being crowned Jon Stark but since he's probably too humble to legitimise himself and the fact that it's a low priority compared to rebuilding Westeros I imagine he'd stay as Jon Snow. Plus the Targaryen name is feared/hated particularly after the Mad King and now Daenerys so he'd probably want to distance himself from the name

The North came to terms with it when he became King of the North, it was known that he was killed and therefore was free of his oath. Plus he notoriously united and lead the armies of the living to victory so I think he's off the hook
As stated his watch ended when he died. The oath was for life and his original life ended. Besides after being murdered by your own men I don't see why anyone would hold that against him lol.
