Sanford is amazing. I live up here. 25 minutes to get to work. Low crime. The German restaurant is called Hollerbach's. Top notch.

Great video. Good to see there are so many other options than Kissimmee that are closer to Disney 😊

We’re thinking of leaving Tampa suburbs and heading somewhere over there. Not immediately unless my son wants to change schools or do FLVS. But a few years makes more sense.

I'll stick to Clermont/Minneola. It doesn't feel touristy and its 30 minutes from everything Orlando offers.

Kissimmee and Altamonte is out of the question if you're looking a schools , Oviedo is just to crowded and Winter Park is unaffordable . Dr Philips and Windermere are very nice but once again depending on where your located schools once again come into play . Winter Garden is a great buffer zone for Clermont and once again depending on what part you can border a bad area or terrible schools . I'd go with Horizon West or one you didn't put in there but keep mentioning Clermont . When it comes to restaurants and entertainment you hit all the best areas ,we prefer the bike trails in Winter Garden and Clermont .

Kissimmee is a GREAT place to live. We live in Kissimmee is not like it use to be. We moved here about 3 years ago. The demographics and culter is changing to MORE AMERICAN. There are a lot of new homes going up and the county has been cleaning up areas, they also have been adding shrubs and trees to the road medians. It is looking more and more beautiful. We are very close to the ALL parks and not to far from Port Canaveral. It is the perfect location. Just needs a little bit more HAPPY POSITIVE AMERICAN PEOPLE!! then the school systems will turn for the BETTER!!! Kissimmee is VERY FAMILY ORIENTED.

@@magicaldays7099 Kissimmee is a great area it is known to Puerto Rico 2.0…. So a least you have some awesome food spots close by… not to mention being close to parks is definitely a perk!

@@magicaldays7099not sure what you mean by “ONLY AMERICANS” but if you knew your “American History” you would know that Puerto Rico is an American Territory and therefore, Puerto Ricans born on the Island are AMERICAN. As for being known as Puerto Rico 2.0 @livingincentralfloridaoriginal is saying that a lot of Island natives relocated to Central Florida, specifically Kissimmee and Orlando. Most professionals (teachers, nurses, doctors, etc.) from the Island moved here after Hurricane Maria devastated the Island, and decided to stay even though the Island has somewhat recuperated. The Island natives have the best of both, meaning they still have a warm climate, have nice homes, schools and still get to enjoy both the English part of the American culture and the Puerto Rican-American culture. We even have a Puerto Rican salsa station 103.7 covering Orange and Osceola counties that plays Salsa music 24 hours. I can go on, but you get what I’m saying. So, it’s not just your version of “Americans” that has made Kissimmee a nice place to live, but also Puerto Rican-Americans, and other Hispanic cultures from South America and Puerto Rico’s sister Island, the Dominican Republic. 💯% Facts.
