But I believe it adds charm to the movie and what it tries to do to tribute the older films as well as introduce new ideas to what could’ve been fresh and exciting. Maybe not as great as T2, but great in its own right, taking place in a different timeline and whatnot. I jokingly wonder if they could’ve maybe somehow connected this timeline with the main one in an epic battle of wits and hardcore action, but that idea already gives me a headache from how convoluted and messy that would be. I wish they would have continued and finished the trilogy, but I guess the box office determines otherwise😒

Despite the great work of the artists, it is impressive to see how different Arnold's body shape is compared to today's bodybuilding standards. He is bulky, but at the same time very aesthetic. It's not the horribly deformed bodies you often see in the sport today.
Must be awesome working with this line of creative work these days with upgraded materials, better quality rubbers/polymers. I remember creators in the 80s and 90s were always struggling to keep the models intact as they worked on them, and then filmed them.
Yea when they showed the close-up of latex arnie's hairline and eyebrows, everything looked so real - I wonder why it's even still possible to tell it's not quite a real human? I wonder if the uncanny valley would still be triggered if it was standing 10 feet away, with no exposed terminator parts, and you weren't watching a documentary about it? I think it could pass
