    im surprised he got this body with this sort of gym training. im sure they wont reveal the secrets. 100 percent he does crossfit and powerlifting..impossible this crappy isolated training gets u ripped!

      Late reply but there are no secrets when it comes to getting a good body theres just 3 things you need to look at training, nutrition and recovery, you keep all them in check and remain consistent with it you will gain muscle and if a celebrity did have a secret then its steroids other than that its pretty straight forward

      Bro, getting ripped has very little to do with what kind of weight training you do.Unless ofcourse you do weightraining.Any kind of weight training with proper calorie deficit diet with enough macro nutrients will eventually get u ripped.

      Smith machine prevents injury and helps you with better concentration of muscles so if you are older its better to use smith..but squatting in smith is not recommended at all and also front shoulder press

      youtuber38 because it restricts your movement and in the long it ll effect your knees..so always go for free barbell squats

      smith machine is nothing like free weight, it is a restricted motion in one plane. it can cause injury because it does not allow you to use your join stabilizers, which are small muscles, so for any exercise I never replace free weights with smith machine. I only use it when I have already killed all my energy with the free weights and don't have a spot so I go do the last set on smith machine to avoid dropping the weight and killing myself lol
