Maribel Ibañez If you dont sweat as much as expected, probably cause you did a workout first. I've never tried it after a workout so I could be wrong, though!

Sorry but I do not have it anymore! I ended up getting rid of it before I moved to another state. I'm honestly thinking about getting one again though since I really liked it! It definitely helped soothe my aches and pains though. The dry heat you get from the infrared heat is much more tolerable than moist heat like a regular sauna. I really hate being warm (summertime kills me a little bit every year, we get high humidity with it too) but I could tolerate the dry heat pretty easily. I wish I could give you a new update about it! Maybe I'll revisit your comment after I get another one!

I have thought about doing a review video on it for awhile now so maybe that's what I will do later today! I feel it also helps rid of my aches and pains faster than normal heat. I am unsure of exactly what temperature my sauna reaches (no thermometer to measure it), but I do know it does get HOT and makes me sweat! I believe it reaches the 150 degrees Fahrenheit which is the highest temperature setting.

kvtassel I got mine off of Amazon. I have had a few bad experiences in the past with ebay so I avoid using it. I think it works great!! I havent used it too often lately but when I was having more fibro pain, it felt sooo good to sit in that heat! It makes you sweat for sure, but its a part of the process. It came with a child sized, half size backed lawn chair to sit in. I had a medium adult sized one on the deck so I swapped it out (it has no arm rests so it fits pretty well). I set it up in my bedroom by the tv and my bed so I can keep a water bottle nearby, remote, my phone, whatever. I have roommates so setting it up in my bedroom, I can sit in it completely unclothed. I place a towel over the lawnchair so it doesnt absorb the sweat and I can wipe down right away after the session is over. I leave it unzipped to cool off while I take a shower and by the time im done, I fold it up and slide it under my bed! Of course it will work differently for everyone but I definitely notice a difference in pain level and stiffness the next day. Highly recommend it for people with fibro, or if you just want to detox, relax, sweat out a cold, etc. If you have anymore questions, dont hesitate to ask!

The room stays a pretty decent temperature! I'm sure it goes up a few degrees but that is all.
