How to make Easy Rava Dosa
Bombay Rava - 1/2 Cup
Rice Flour - 1/2 Cup
Maida -1/4 Cup
Water - 3 1/2 Cup
ginger - 2 tsp (Finely chopped)
green chillies - 2 nos (Finely chopped)
Big onion - 1/4 Cup (Finely chopped)
Asafoetida powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin SEEds - 1 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Cashew nuts (Finely chopped) - 25 gms

ഇത്രയും വെള്ളം വേണോ എന്ന് ആദ്യം തോന്നി. പക്ഷേ ഉണ്ടാക്കി എടുത്തപ്പോൾ കിടു. കുഞ്ഞി ചട്ടുകം കൊള്ളാം. പപ്പടം പോലെ crisp ആണല്ലോ ദോശ.👌👌

അടിപൊളി ആയിട്ടുണ്ട് ചേച്ചീ..... റവ ഊത്തപ്പം കഴിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.... ഇത്രയും മൊരിഞ്ഞുവരുന്ന റവ ദോശ കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല....... കൊതി വന്നു....... റവ ഊത്തപ്പം ചേച്ചി ഉണ്ടാക്കി കാണിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടല്ലോ..... അത് super ആയിരുന്നു..... എല്ലാവർക്കും ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു...,.. ഇതും അതിനേക്കാൾ സൂപ്പർ ആകും..... Mam12.30ആവാൻ കാത്തിരിക്കായിരുന്നു, വലദോഷ പൊളിയാണല്ലോ, ഫുഡ്‌ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നപ്രക്രിയയിലെ പ്രധാന പാർട്ടാണ് കട്ടിങ്, മാമിന്റെ കട്ടിങ് ഞാൻ അതിശയത്തോടെയാണ് കാണാറ്, പാചകം എന്ന കല ബ്ലടിൽ അലിഞ്ഞതാണെന്നു കട്ടിങ് പറയുന്നുണ്ട്,
പിന്നെ ഞാനിന്നു എരിവുള്ള ചിക്കൻ ബ്രെഡ്ക്രമസിൽ കവർ ചെയ്തു ഫ്രൈ ചെയ്തു ട്ടോ 🥰, വെരിടേസ്റ്റി, ഇനിയും രുചിയുടെ സ്നേഹവുമായി മാം വരുന്നതും കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു 🥰🥰
