  • Ufcgym workout 5 3-minute rounds kickboxing on heavy bag, then resistance bands and abs for 3 sets of 10-20 repetitions on cruches and side rotations and standing side bends for obliques and lower abs with leg lifts no weights. 25 lbs used on other abdominals exercises. Then the resistance band red and black 90 lb resistance rowes for rhomboids and latts and mid trpz and posture, rear delts 30 lb resistance.
    about 35 minutes. Sweaty but only drank about 1 1/2 bottles water.
