    I've worked with clients who stop responding or sending assets in the middle of their project. It is such a headache but this is great advice! Will implement some things your mentioned in my business for future projects.

    Hi. thanks for your kind updates why clients stop responding to us. We have clients who do waist our time. although they want our products, but takes far too long to Confirm. We think this is crazy from buyers.

    Very helpful advice. My issue is with a specific client that requires ongoing work. Whenever I ask for things like login credentials or assets, I don't hear back for weeks. Then out of the blue, it's an emergency to get the work completed, and they expect me to have immediate availability. It's time to implement your methods.

      Yep, been there! I now work this into my process so they understand this is time I’ve dedicated for them and delays like that will get them bumped to my next availability.
      Before I did that, I implemented an “urgency” fee. After saying I had to charge that the client never had anything urgent after that :)

    Best way: write to them: O.k, some other time.
    You show you respect yourself. They feel they lost something great. If they don't respond? Great. They don’t want your service. If they do, you will get better communication with them. People respond to what they want and need and respect.

    I usually give all the information on an audio file and pdfs but Im going to start giving them the information only on a call or a short videocall, I just hate being left on "seen" without even getting a "thank you" in response

    It’s so annoying I’m watching their dog and it’s like I need to know to plan my day. I don’t care if they change people (I do a little I like their dog) but wtf just let me know I get you’re busy but so am I.

    I had three pro bono o case studies not respond as I was finishing my reports for a certification. Finally they did week or two later ..too busy. I finished report without them. They had received about six hours of long distance healing and detailed emailed professional reports. They had good results but wouldn't read or comment on the reports . They knew that feedback was important. These were all empaths and from a healers group. I might respond double the time they took to get back to me. Very annoyed.

    Hi. I do have client who wants my garments and after the first email by them, I return a Kind email saying thanks for their email. After then they never return an email in return this can be very frustrated even to close a deal to get shipment moving.

    Hi, I actually pitched and got the job on upwork, I finished the job, we had good communication, and then client is unresponsive, havent heard from him for days, don't know what to do

      Oh no! Did you try using this script? Typically with UpWork you are paid for your time even if they don't communicate so hopefully that's the case. Still a good idea to reach out to make sure you can wrap up and they are happy with everything. I'd try this script if you haven't already
