You can definitely put two queen air mattresses in the redcliff with room to spare. You will probably have to put the head toward one door and the foot toward the other door with each one if they are very tall. They would certainly fit with the heads in the center next to the pole but your feet may rub the walls.
I would look into a Silverfire Hunter stove which would be a very easy set up too. t-lud gassifier stoves are the thing to get right now. Un less you plan on doing a lot of hiking with this set-up.
Pitch the stakeouts, esp. the first 4 corner slack. You want to see a straight line, not a bell curve when tight. Pull tight to find your footprint then let slack and place stake.
