My friend once made a group chat and had it spread out to everyone he possibly could in a persona cosplay at convention. They met up late at night and he wasn't in cosplay but he did have his cat look like Morgana from Persona 5 in one of those black cat backpacks you can see them in. He also had a leash and a cat collar that fit the cat looking like Morgana. The only thing is that he couldn't bring the cat into the convention so they all met up outside the convention somewhere to see the cat. Unfortunately I couldn't go to the convention at the time but knowing that he did this with his black cat once was nice. Also his cat was named Kuro after the one in the anime Blue Exorcist. His grandma took the time to knit the costume for his cat too.
Don't know if anyone wants to know, but the last cosplayer was trying to shout out Asayoru maid cafe before her friend interrupted. It's LA's only permanent maid cafe. They had a temporary one in Little Tokyo as well but, well, it was only temporary.

@@dm_dude Yeah, it's just that there are so many characters from games, movies, anime, and so on. To be able to guess which character it is when he's not wearing the common looks if the character is amazing to me.

This happened to me once while I was dressed ad Nezuko. It was like 10 at night and my mom got stuck in traffic, then a group of like 20 high school/ college aged boys ran up to me screaming « NEZUKOOOOOO ». Probably the scariest moment of my life.
I use to mostly go by myself or I'd was with friends we usually split up to go to different panels we liked. I still dressed up, took photos of others and did lots of shopping. Enjoying a con for yourself is enjoyable, you don't need others 😉 Your surrounded by people who all share the energy and excitement of being there. I've even had a few just start talking to me and we sat and enjoyed lunch together and said hi to each other in the halls as we later passed by each other going to different events. I enjoy my own bubble but will open it up to anyone and chat and move on. There are different ways and energies you can tap into and enjoy a con in any way.
