@@tarara5819 its not always as pretty as it seems. travelling there and living there is a huge difference. when you travel you only see the beautiful sides of switzerland, but if you live here (like i do), you see that there are a lot of ghettos, drugdealers and other stuff that they dont show in these videos. im really grateful that i live in a neutral country, but you get bored easily

You have to visit Thun. Its near Interlaken, nestling at the end of the Lake of Thun. It‘s an ancient Town with an impressiv castle and beautiful views to the mountains

I went to Zürich, Bern, Luzern, and Zermatt in Spring. It’s a splendid nation...all of the cities and countries are really gorgeous. I love Zermatt and Luzern the more. Lake Luzern is so clean that I really wanted to taste it.

David Vilchez I spent about 1000 Swiss franc a week. Air tickets are not included. I really recommend that you can buy some food or drinks in Germany. The price is totally different.
Thanks for relying. So it doesn't seem like it's too expensive if you budget carefully. I would be flying from the U.S. so bringing food wont really be an option. Cant express the happiness after we visited Swiss in 2015. Our first trip to Europe. it was life time experience. My children want to visit again and again. I consider myself lucky to have been there for 8 days. Feel like visiting again.
I have been to Zurich and Mount Titlis in 2012. But I have completely blown away by the spectacular and breathtaking natural beauty. Wish I could come back to visit again.

If you want a lovely location to stay in Switzerland I recommend Wengen, lovely area, beautiful views and cable car up into the mountains with beautiful walks. Great links to th jungfrau railway via lauterbrunnen station. Switzerland is still in my top 3 vacation destinations.

Beautiful drive border to border. Always get to stop for a while in Basel on drives to and from Italy. Annual trip to Lake Geneva for the Montreux festival. Alpine views are breathtaking.

I agree that Switzerland is a really nice country to visit because I have experienced it myself. The list though is limited. Schaffhausen is a medieval town near Zurich and it is absolutely gorgeous with a great view of Rhine River and Rhine Falls! The canton of Graubunden/Grisons has a lot of less touristy yet fantastic smaller cities, towns, and villages like Chur, St. Moritz, Lenzerheide and Davos among others. Gruyeres and Broc in the canton of Fribourg is a must for a classic Swiss cheese and chocolate factory tour. Truly Switzerland has so many nice places to explore!🇨🇭😍

Prague has same type of scenery but much cheaper, more welcoming and friendlier town to visit.
Is Switzerland not welcoming?
Their personality is dry and stuck up, not to mention the place is super expensive. They have a superiority complex and I find them to be very boring. The Dutch are much more fun to be around.

I drove last week from the Netherlands to Zwitzerland in about 10 hours just to see Mountains for the first time in my life. 1 thing not mentioned in the video are the insane mountain roads. Forget about the towns and drive from Thones-les-bains to Menton also know as "route des grandes alpes" It's the most spectaculair thing you'll see.
