In parliament any member can quote information from media(newspaper, television etc.).Media has the power in democracy is fourth position. (1.Parliament 2.court 3.gvt officials 4th is media).
If the media information quoted was wrong in parliament absolutely any member can go for case against media.
Media must do the job for people, that means as per Indian constitution.
