Peanut Butter Bars | Easy No Bake Dessert Recipe

These Peanut Butter Bars are an easy no bake recipe and taste just like an Reese's Peanut Butter Cups! Filled with creamy peanut butter, sugar, and graham cracker crumbs and topped with a thick layer of chocolate, these peanut butter bars make the perfect dessert any time of the year! Use milk, dark, or white chocolate to top these peanut butter bars. These peanut butter bars are best kept in the fridge for 1 week and can be frozen for up to 3 months.

1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 2/3 cup confectioner sugar
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (2 sleeves)

Reeses peanut butter cups are one of the foods I miss most from the US. I've tried making them but I can never quite get the shape right. Love the idea of doing it in bars like this. Totally gonna try this next time I get a big tub of peanut butter at Costco.
Yes, Reese's Peanut Butter cups are so good! I am sure you will master the shape someday since all of your food is amazing and looks delicious! At least with the bars, you don't have to have them in the round shape 😄

Yet another mouth watering recipe! 😋 My stepmom (who has sooo many allergies) has been loving to eat peanut butter lately. 🥜 Any recipe we find with peanut butter, I’ve been making. When i search for school cafeteria pb bars, this recipe is all i can find but i don't think they had graham crackers in them. At least they didn't taste like they did. Does anybody know for sure that they used graham crackers?? I don't wanna waste any ingredients.
I don't think I ever had these in my school cafeteria. I did not find that these tasted like graham crackers, but more so peanut butter. The peanut butter and graham crackers create a nice consistency.

Why?
You put an extra sugar in that peanut butter.Because the peanut butter's already got sugar in it.Don't that make it over sugar v
I know it may seem like a lot of sugar, but it helps balance the salty taste of the peanut butter and helps bind the ingredients together. If you want to cut the sugar down, cut, or use another sweetner, feel free to, but the consistency may not be the same.
This way is so unhealthy because you use to much butter cubes and flour
Flour wasn't used in this recipe. Feel free to use less of the ingredients, but it may not stick together well 🙂

I'm low-key thinking about substituting the graham cracker crumbs for just rice crispy pieces instead and have it be like a peanut butter rice crispy with chocolate on top lol. I want to try the graham cracker crumbs option as well, but if it's anything like a Reese's peanut butter cup, it's going straight to the trash 🗑️ 😂.
I love the idea of a peanut butter rice crispy with chocolate on top! It's similar, but the texture is definitely different.
@@Bake_That 2 sleeves of Graham crackers equals 3 cups according to Google. But when substituting rice Krispies and not blending them up, definitely use more than 3 cups lol. Mine were way too peanut buttery lol.
