Westminster Dog Show: Sage the Miniature Poodle wins Best in Show as handler overcome with emotion

A Miniature Poodle named Sage from Houston, Texas, was crowned Best in Show at the 148th Annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show on Tuesday, bringing America’s most prestigious dog show to a close.
The 3-year-old excelled with her meticulous presentation, grooming and spirited performance, besting a field of over 2,500 entered dogs to secure the coveted Best in Show title.
Sage’s handler, Kaz Hosaka, was overcome with emotion when the announcement was made. He intends on retiring after 45 shows.
