When your wife is pregnant, open up an investment portfolio at a bank or something and dump as much money as you can into it. And keep putting money in as available, don't wait until they get their acceptance letters to try and figure out how to pay for it.

Get a job and stop taking out predatory government backed loans and crying to have them forgiven. Hint if you can't pay back your loans with the degree you want to obtain don't go to college.
