'Far ye fae?' means 'Where you from?' here in north Scotland but Fae is also used as the plural of fairy sometimes rather than fairies, I presume the finish is referring to fairies sparkling in the garden :)
I can definitely see the resemblance. I like the tan color on the ESP better than the yellow color on the Gibson. The blue & green look better on the Gibson.

The Watercolor is a Gibson take on the LTD Ocean blue color

The couldn’t remember if they put the dents there on purpose. lol
