Sweet tooth has a brother that grows up and has a wife and kids and one of them is called Sophie. Where she gets treated the same way sweet tooth was treated. But the different is sweet tooth was put into blackfield asylum she didn't get put in there she would end up running away and throughout her days she would be alone until she meets sweet tooth
