Good evening Jeroen, out of curiosity, and as a comparison, how much did the 3 bedroom apartment on the 44th floor actual sell for? The one that was auctioned. I can well see myself move in to this apartment. Just imagine, being able to take the elevator upstairs and watch the sun go up whenever you want. Or enjoy the sunset with a drink after a long day of work. Excellent.
