i was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur. I am now living in Sydney. I come back to KL once or twice a month until Covid hits. I have not been back for 2 years plus. I miss everything about Malaysia.
Very funny and entertaining, keep up the good work. Love your sense of humor. I love watching HK dramas and grew up watching them. I speak Msian Cantonese, which in terms of pronunciation is pretty close (~85%) to HK Cantonese, but because our Cantonese vocabulary is so limited, we often mix in English, to compensate for it. I think most of the Cantonese speaking people you meet in Malaysia are not really Cantonese by descent. Most of them, probably are Hokkien or Teochew people who can speak Cantonese but often with their local accent and slang (terms used such as "semua", "食咗饭冇", etc). Anyway, glad that you guys have settled down and gotten used to Msian culture. Have fun, eat more durians! Cheers :)

在香港要去茶餐廳吃東西前要先在門口想清楚要吃什麼才敢進去，在大馬可以直接走進茶餐廳坐下來慢慢想要吃什麼，不會有壓力。
我试过买KFC 时前面排着两母女，前面还有5-6个人在排队，她们竟然不事先想好吃什么，轮到她们时还在讨论要不要吃这个那个还是什么blah blah blah...
最后我受不了了，直接一句：大姐，那边有间观音庙，不如你们两个去问完观音要吃什么再回来排队好吗？
结果，她们两母女马上立刻现在决定吃什么了
超正確 ，呢啲咪就係香港人貪快迫死自己囉，其實都唔快得幾多，唔諗定食咩好似做錯大事咁，個侍應哥哥就好唔耐煩，這都是離開香港生活其中一原因。
