@@austinstockton9221 most of the packs he's playing are without shaders, you don't need an extremely beefy pc to play these for this one, this is different. the pack is laggy cuz it's very badly optimized pack (a lot of mods have a big performance impact)
In any pack that has Simple Storage, it's always my first goalpost I try for. Having inventory management set up early just makes everything so much easier going forward.
Yo im pretty sure you can right click the network root with an empty hand and it will show you how many slots you have left, slots as in one spot in the chest
A quick tip for the maps for buried treasure, as Mr. Minecraft put it (Philza), when you put yourself right inside the X, make sure you’re facing north and then when you’re quote “booty starts to hang out with just one pixel of white you’re right on top of the chest”. He shows it on his hardcore series in the beginning of season 4
I never knew that about the 9 9 thing with the buried treasures. Thank you for that. I can't tell you how many times I've ended up clearing out an entire beach trying to find it lol
The Simple Storage mod seems really cool - I like that it's a relatively vanilla mod, and simpler than mods like Create. It does seems *a little* too strong tho since you can access your chest storage from an infinite distance lol. I love storage mods & backpack mods that help w/ inventory in general tho. Some great ones I've seen are: - Simple Backpack - Traveler's Backpack - FindMe - Inventory Tabs, etc.

simple storage is in my opinion one of the best mods there is for minecraft. i have added to any and all mod packs i play that it is able to be compatable with!
I do still feel like Simple storage is still a very 'tech aesthetic' which doesn't fit with better minecraft, but I'm all for you giving yourself some quality of life.
Chosen I don't know if this is a glitch or not but you can hatch any type of dragon no matter the egg. You can do this but placing the egg in the environment that hatches the dragon that you want. After a few seconds the type of egg will change

Don't get me wrong, back several years ago when I saw Sjin and Sips doing Tekkit, I really liked it but for me to play on a personal single player I prefer the not so techy stuff. This video convinced me to try simple storage instead. I like having storage systems where each chest is for one thing only so it doesn't satisfy that part for me but this is definitely the way to go if you don't want to get technical.
Can I get a F for my nether dragon? We was flying and then a pirate ship shot us down, my dragon was fighting them but I guess when he finished and was flying back to me he drowned. I had to swim all the way home :(
Could you imagine coming into this....? (The pillager/vindication ship) Yes. I did come into that with much lesser armor and weapons. It was difficult, but there are even bigger ships that were real nightmares to deal with.
If i add this to the modpack do I also need to download anything else? Or just simply storage? Just asking cause some other mods you add you have to download patches and such.
I loved this series so much that I even began to play myself. I've really wanted to build this simple storage and have unlimited access to storage. But my crafting remote doesn't work and I don't know why. Did anyone of you had the same problem?
This storage mod is a lot easier than finding a meteor and making drives but i guess the tradeoff is you need chest space. Pretty fair tradeoff tbh. K the remotes op though, dont need backpacks etc with that

if your playing on a server and want a storage option try sophisticated backpack u can place them on the floor and with upgrades they are stupid i had way over 2k sand in 1 slot in mine and i only have 4 tier 2 stack upgrades they go up to tier 4 i do not no if people can steel from them tho
Havent watched the whole video yet but it would be cool if you could make a sword out of the same stuff that your armor is made out of because i noticed that you had two of the gems left over. Only if the sword is good though.
My portals have that problem too. I don't know what causes it but everytime I exit from any of the blue skies portals, it makes a new portal. Might be a problem with world generation
what other mods did he (you) add while playing the pack? watched some of the later peisodes and felt that the pack was a pretty good alrounder, now you made me curious again when i find out some things were added :D?

He's got a monster of a pc to run most of these packs smoothly but this one still is a little glitchy/laggy so you know it's a rough pack

Toms simple storage is about the same but even more vanilla-ish in my opinion. But simple storage is a good one that doesn’t feel very techy

There's a box like underwater structure with a miniboss drowned called the drowned lord that can (should) drop an op trident.
spider crab, spider crab, does whatever a spider crab does. Can he swing from a web? no he can't, he's a crab.
They actually added this mod in the current modpack on curseforge, so helpful
Hey Chosen, don't know if you know but if you press N you bring up the minimap. It's super useful and will help identify mobs both hostile and passive

With a drowns spawner you could make a farm and you could get quite a few tridents (one of zombies and two blocks of water would also work)

there is a mod that allows you to pick up mobs, chests, and blocks with i think the keybind empty hand + shift + right mouse button if i am correct

im playing this modpack along side your playthrough, i spawned on an island with a pirate boat on it loaded with illagers
Conquered it with only a stick and dirt block.
If you line yourself correctly, the illagers will kill each other....
you can probably make a trident I think.
