This is a song that I wrote in the solar powered shed studio during one of the lockdowns. It is an attempt to imagine the world from different perspectives, including that of a bird, a flower a river and the wind. It also features HOWL.

What will come round the bend?

instant connection with this one, sonically and lyrically... the humming throughout and the choir towards the end speaks to my entire nervous system somehow, which is very great timing, because lately it's been going a bit haywire without my permission. "i won't go through the motions anymore." is a sentiment that resonates in so many ways. beautiful work as always

A good song to introduce a Villain with an interesting backstory
Dude I wish this song was longer. Just the ideas behind the lyrics and the mystical feeling behind a sort of sour acceptance just resonates with me. This song could be 10 minutes, 20 even and I’d listen to every second of it. If anything, I just wish that chorus was repeated, it hit so freakin hard. I love the questioning of animals and the nature, asking if they have humanlike emotions to the things they do every day. Do they second guess themselves? Do they worry about the next move? Do they iverthinl? Do they feel the joy of making it through the day?
Then him understanding that he shouldnt worry as much as he does, "i wont go through the motions" gives me the vibe of depression cycles, how it starts small and gets worse. Then the ending shows his acceptance of those feelings, as they are, and letting them just be, not controlling him

These last few days have been so hard on me so this song absolutely hits different. Todays the first day since the year started that Ive felt mentally, emotionally, physically well enough to go on a walk through the woods despite it being overcast and rainy. Couldnt help but take a rest at the trunk of a lichen covered tree and listen to this song again followed by the echos of the rain drops around me.
