I really enjoyed this video! I totally agree with your points. Limits help me be grateful for the things I have and allow me to use and appreciate them with purpose. ❤️❤️
Limits have helped me with not overspending. Limits have also helped me not over indulge when eating favorite foods. Limits have helped me not keep wanting more without letting things go…like the one in one out rule for bags. Finally, limits have made me not purchase a wishlist item…the small ysl woc because of bad customer service. I don’t order any pricey items online because of the risk of theft. I only shop in store. But the last time I made a purchase left such a bad taste in my mouth. I have my dignity and I won’t be making that purchase because even though I let a lot of things go, I have my limits when it comes to bad service. They sold me a bag with the color of the leather at the tip of the bag comig off and I was in a hurry on a lunch break so I accepted the flawed item and I fixed it myself at home with some leather paint. I didn’t want the display item because there were threads coming out and I asked for a brand new piece in the back and that is when they brought out the brand new item with the flaw. The SA also acted super annoyed she had to go in the back to get a new item and if I had asked her to check again, she would have been even more annoyed or refused. I did not take the item back for an exchange and I have no plans to go back to that store location. I am using the bag and it sucks I had to fix an issue on a brand new bag. So no thanks to lux shopping. I have limits as a person….I will not to treated this way and be made to feel like a nuisance to them. So this wish list item will continue to sit on my wishlist indefinitely. I may look for contemporary alternatives in the future. Interestingly enough, I get great customer service at H and M and Ross Dress for Less.
Hi Perfect People! The desire for less has been making me feel "lighter" recently. How do you use limits in a helpful way?
