    ABOUT A TO ZEN LIFE
Along my journey to let go of 30 years of clutter, I accidentally became a minimalist and it was life-changing.
Before, I was an emotional hoarder with nothing but the clutter from lost loved ones - and $25,000 of debt - to my name. Now I have a beautiful home in Europe, a happy family, live debt-free, and - best of all - wake up to a life that I’m EXCITED to live every day.
My mission is to help you conquer your clutter and simplify YOUR way to a happier and better life. HERE'S OUR STORY: atozenlife.com/about-a-to-zen...

Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

In fact, I had no prior experience or understanding when I began investing in 2020, but by the end of 2023, I had made a profit of almost $750k. All I had been doing was going by what my financial advisor had told me. This demonstrates that all you truly need is a professional to assist you; you don't even need to be a great investor or put in a lot of work.

Given the current uncertain circumstances, it's crucial to grasp effective financial management, prudent investing, and adeptly maneuvering through economic downturns. However, my main focus revolves around boosting my stagnant reserve of $240k, which has remained idle for far too long with minimal to no growth. While I'm committed to the long-term approach, the erosion of my savings due to inflation and the daily depreciation of my portfolio demand immediate attention and a solution.

The worst was when I accidently went to school with the clearance tags on my shirt from Walmart. You can imagine I was bullied for being poor. Even in college I wore a cheap watch my mom got me. My boyfriend in college was wealthy and he asked me what do you consider to be a normal amount for a watch. To this day if I need clothes I will thrift or go to Walmart and I still wear the cheap watch from college. People can be really mean. Now I don't care about their opinions anymore.

We were invited to a millionaires condo to stay for a church conference once. He was so kind to us including taking a few couples out for Peking duck. He drove a very old car and wore old out of style clothes but he owned all these condos on the beach and gave away money to help others. You can’t tell what someone has and calling them trailer trash is just being stupid and unkind. I hope she sees herself in my comment and learns something.

We are slowly making our way to saving to buy our first home, me and my boyfriend are still quite young but we are both proud how far we have both come, for me personally I have never found much value in buying stuff, we live very minimally to the point that some family almost look uncomfortable when they come in because our home to them is way to empty, but we just love it and it’s so simple to manage and clean, I am on a no buy challenge but to a even greater extent, we are challenging ourselves to see how little we can spend so we can start paying down debt and saving. We know when the time is right our perfect home will reveal itself and it’s so much fun and inspiring to be able to get closer and closer to that goal quicker and living financially free. We love the lifestyle we have created for ourselves now it’s just a manner of maintaining it better and getting more and more clear on what brings us lasting value.

The people that are so worried about appearances are the people that go broke. I don’t see any point in trying to impress people. I was never the type of person willing to sacrifice my finances in order to look rich. My husband and I started our lives off together being more concerned about buying a home and paying off debt. My husband was even able to retire early as we always lived beneath our means. Sacrifice now so that you can relax later.🥰

While I am frugal there are always new things to learn about saving money. One thing I have recently started doing is donating heavier blankets they are harder to wash and dry and take up a lot of energy to do so. Thinner blankets are easier and if it's really cold you can always layer thinner blankets. That's my frugal tip today. Anna In Ohio

I have no debt since 2011. I paid off my credit card & vowed to pay cash & not get into debt again. I just got a secured credit card a few months ago to build my credit. I'm working two jobs to help my kid through college. I'm also looking to make some improvements in my home.

I just found your channel today, and you have inspired me to go through my closet and start decluttering a bit at a time. I have alot of stuff i felt help made me who i am, but as you said in another video-that stuff isn't me.
The not buying things i like will take more willpower, i love my hobby, but im going to try to slow down and minimize
    Thanks❤

Throughout your videos there are so many useful tips for those of us forced into minimalism thanks to steep declines in our small business revenues. Thank you; they are appreciated.

You are adorable. Yes indeed in the 60’s my family and I were trailer trash but we all moved ahead. Keep up the good work. It is sad how many people do not realize how important it is to be frugal. I love being a minimalist.

You are NOT trash! Trash is a state of mind and behaviour. From what I can see, you have a lovely home and you always look clean and tidy. Pish Tosh to that person who called you trash! Seems like it was envy calling you that!

I love your home(s). The always look warm and inviting. The trolls and naysayers are jealous and/or just plain mean. May they be blessed someday to know peace as it is surely what they are lacking.

Ok that wooden bed frame around minute 5… is it a Thuma ?? I’ve been shopping around for something all wood that will last and can go with any or most interior design styles. Thanks for the video!❤
