Do they manage to solve the oil consumption? Or..are any chances for the facelift model to have that problem as well as their predecessor ? I am interested in buying 2015+ yaris 1.33. Thank you sir!
Didn't know of any oil consumption,i have a 2015 1.3L CVT with no oil consumption at all, just change the oil with decent stuff before 5,000m & do it all the time! Many people do it at 10,000m or more.....that's not good.
@@wisecountryman49 There are better cars for comfy ride, luggage & some other specs but the Yaris is way up there for sure! Servicing costs are cheap, servicing it yourself is so simple. I got a 2015 1.3L CVT myself & love it.
Without a doubt! Just change the oil before 5,000m with decent oil & when you come to sell it it'll still run & drive brilliantly....even if it's 10yrs/15yrs time! Had a 2002 Yaris 1.3L 4sp for 14yrs which i looked after, drove super all the way non stop till i sold it!
I'm in the UK & have the 2015 1.3L CVT (drives smooth as silk) that does 59mpg best & 42mpg in town, the 6sp manual here gets the same mpg, the 6th gear has a better gear ratio. The 1.0L isn't worth getting.
5689Master Das ist ein Hybrid, natürlich klingt das anders wenn die mechanische Energie erst in Strom umgewandelt wird bevor sie auf die Straße kommt...
1.33 and thinks he is driving a sports car at the start and that near wheel spin moment 😂 it's not a fast car no matter how fast you try to drive it and the new front design looks pig ugly.
@@StephenDeTomasi 100% Here in the UK i get 59mpg with my 2015 1.3L CVT....it's built for reliability & fuel. 59mpg is close to diesel territory without going expensive!

After 2013/8 month they solved problems with oil consumption, they changed piston rings on this engines.
Medium fuel consumption in city? I'm evaluating a second hand one
in your opinion what is the best subcompact car on the market for a car thanks
There is nothing more reliable than the Yaris. Don't take my word for it, make a small research yourself. You will always return to the Yaris.
@@wisecountryman49 (correction) there is nothing more reliable than a 90s corolla

Super videoclip, danke !!!!
Is the exhaust very loud?
Which colour is that? The one with the 1G2 code?
I would prefer to test the top speed when it isnt snowing😂
is this engine better or worse than the newer 1.5 vvt-i (not the hybrid, just the regular 1.5)
It will have less power than the 1.5. but it will be more fuel-efficient. For highways 1.5 is better. I find the 1.33 a bit weak in my opinion
Which color is this ??
What is this color ?
I’m thinking buying this Yaris, is it reliable?
Yeah they're pretty solid cars. Just take care of it and it'll last a long time
Toyota is a world champion in reliability.

What was your average fuel consumption?
Was war Ihr durchschnittlicher Kraftstoffverbrauch??
Martin M. Mine does 48 MPG but I live in an area with lots of country roads I believe it can do 55 MPG in city/motorway roads
4.9 L/100km for me

Why did you drive using foglamp and DRL? Is this advantageous?
+sz2pmail Maybe to test do they work?
