Thanks for the great review on the Mayday bars. We just released a Mayday 10 year shelf life lemon shortbread flavor. It has double the shelf life but it is a bit more dense. All Mayday bars are made in USA bakeries in San Diego county. Thanks again!
Mayday make the 3600 bar which is a three day ration the 2400 is 3 day ration for a inactive adult . I go with the Mayday bars too . Thanks for the review . God Bless
I have MayDays that I bought in 2020. They have a slight Apple Cinnamon pop tart taste. It's not bad, it's light, and kind of fades away fast. They seem fine for on the move, like if you couldn't stop and make a Mountain House mea for some reason. Immediate food needs, on the run, no ability to heat water, whatever. This would at least keep you going til you were in a better situation.
Awesome video I just bought a couple of the mayday bars for my vehicle for an emergency. Of course if your starving it will probably taste like the best meal u ever had but I never tested one myself and it's good to know how they taste and how hard they are I should went with a different brand I don't like how hard the mayday Bars are but glad they taste good just hope I never have to eat them! Thank you SO MUCH for eliminating choices for me. I prefer the individually packaged DAYTREX BARS and their taste as well. They are slight coconut tasting, which I LOVE! And individually packed! Yes, are oily a bit in packaging but this is GOOD NEWS! If you have ever watched the Alaskan Survival series on Netflix, most competing survivalists are eliminated because of weight loss. Oil in the bars helps prevent that and supplies ENERGY! I shall watch your video updates on this. THANK YOU FOR DOING THIS EXPERIMENT FOR US ALL! A+ from an old teacher. P.S. I also just ordered UST bars on Amazon to try them.

Carry ration bars in double ziplock bags. Easy to break up and share. And you have a couple of bags.
