TVNZ like 3 NewsHub have only themselves to blame for these debacles. You can't just blame social media for the loss of viewership. You don't hear of the big Austrailan free to air tv networks making dramatic cuts like that because of social media. Maybe TVNZ and THREE have had their day and a new player is needed on the market with a more balanced reporting of the news. Give the people want they want not what you want!

TVNZ have cancelled the wrong shows. As much as I like Shortland Street, that should've been the first program to get axed, not Sunday or Fair Go.
I would have cancelled Shortland St at a saving of $10,000,000 per year - alongside the cancellation of those other two relics.
