I've got the Umarex Peacemaker and it is one of the best replicas in my collection, along with the Umarex P08 and Umarex Glock 17 Gen 4. Thanks for this direct comparison to the real deal.
@@nolanoutdoors1946 Yeah, I had read that the BB version of the Peacemaker had a design problem. I've got the pellet version which has a thicker barrel, and so far so good after a few hundred shots. The Glock has been almost flawless, except for the ejection port door/cover that got scratched by the slide. BTW, both of these airguns are actually produced for Umarex by KWC of Taiwan.
Also one of my passions Dustin. Plus they are cheap to shoot compared to the still very high cost of ammo. Btw.....most of the Umarex action pistols i.e. replica style guns are manufactured by a Taiwanese OEM name KWC. They make superb quality stuff.
I just love co2 replica airpistols. Been my main airgun category. Never been much into revolvers - but I did buy myself the Remington 1875 over the UX Peacemakers. And recently I got an old ASG Dan Wesson 8" pellet revolver that I fixed and refurbished.. Got two Glocks: the G17 gen4 BB and the G17 gen3 pellet shooter. Not gotten that disappointed. The dual-ammo Glock is awesome to shoot - while the gen4 is more refined as a replica.. Btw: Nice channel!
What’s the weight difference between the real deal and replicas? And Umarex make some good stuff then other stuff they cut corners. Why I don’t know, I would pay extra for replicas that are bang on. Like the MP40 they make could be so much better. From what I’ve seen the majority of replicas they make that are more accurate and function to the real deal are designs they have bought or been given. Ones they design just don’t seem to be as good, in function and looks. Performance they seem to do well though. They are really missing out there isn’t a fully metal, with full blow back Desert Eagle replica. If they make that I bet it would be mega popular.

I have the airsoft version of the Glock and a bb version of the peacemaker. The peacemaker broke however after I fanned the hammer once or twice

just for anyone disappointed, there is also a bb version available for the single action, it just has a white handle rather than black

The blowback version of the GLOCK is even better, has full size mag like the real gun and can be field stripped.
