    This IX looks pretty good. Even the grille design has grown on me a bit 😅. This is going to be another great review 😉👌

    interesting.. is a x5M a proper M, I would think not if we look at weight and roadhandling.. I love my iX xDrive50 with M sport pack and I agree it’s no m3

    Well, I own a stripped out E46 M3, and will soon take possession of a new IX M60. I’ll let you all know how the comparison turns out... 😂

    It’s got nothing in common with the E46 M3 CSL…. apart from….

    Tesla Model Y Performance is faster, less pricy, oh- and has the Supercharger system…bmw reliability yet to be proven too.

    It just looks like bad origami, hopefully BMW work their front designs. The new 7 series is a good example of improved design, bold yet classy. Still need that balance perfected.

    I just dont get why M badges are being put on platforms that simply cannot reach anywhere near traditional 'M' standards. Yes its quick off the line but thats it! . I tend to think that M division or at least the M badging ought to be put on hold until battery technology allows for M handling and performance dynamics. As if losing the sound and the feel wasnt bad enough, the weight of these things is the nail in coffin. Theyre gonna have to go some to make EVs exciting things to drive. The buzz you get from climbing aboard a proper M car is quite intoxicating.

    • @SteYoung
      @SteYoung 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      They will get there as batteries get lighter and more efficient, its obviously going to happen I just wish they hadnt labelled any ol' new thing an 'M'.

      THis is still a SUV, it's silly to buy a SUV for nothing else but street and drag racing and loud exhaust noise.

    2.5 tons, no steering feel, ugly exterior and stupidly expensive. Factor in increasing manufacturing costs and no current process to safely dispose of battery packs at end if life and currently no where near enough charge points. I really am worried about the future of motoring, especially performance cars. I would take an E46 M3 for weekend fun, small city car for commute and still have plenty left over!

    Why "doesn't sound as GOOD as IC"? Plenty of people who don't care for any sounds. Exhaust sound heads are just people who are comfortable with the sound and have friends who care for the silly nonsense sound.

    Too bad it has to be so ugly. This the ugliest SUV I think Ive ever seen and I am a big BMW fanboy! I can't hide my disgust when looking at this thing.

    They might as well just replace all the M class with electric

    Car dealers are now refusing to accept electric vehicle in part exchange because the batteries will need replacing at around 9 years at a cost of about £9,000.... You will be stuck with your old unwanted EV

    Fugly, but ideal for intimidating smaller cars. (Get out of my way peasants!)

    Think we are all missing the point here chaps. Firstly, it’s saving planet earth form environmental collapse, and even now people just don’t get the consequence of this! Secondly, apart from certain part of the German autobahn, or the Australian outback ,where are you going to be able to use half this cars performance anyway without being knocked off by the police?
